A container component decorating apparatus (10) delivers one or more art graphics to a plurality of container components in a manufacturing queue. A container component handling module (200) has one or more holders (204) which retain the container components to the apparatus (10). The apparatus (10) has a supply of one or more fluids which are to be deposited onto the container components; A source of thermal energy (240) is thermally couplable to the container component. A thermal energy is transferred from the source to the container component prior to one or more fluid droplets from the source fluid being deposited on a non-absorbent surface of the container component.

Image recording device

An image recording device includes a recording unit, a feeding mechanism, a guide member, and a lock portion. The feeding mechanism is configured to feed a first feeding object along a feeding path. The feeding path has a straight path and a curved path. The recording unit faces the straight path. The guide member defines the curved path and is rotatable between an exposed position and a closed position. The lock portion is movable between a locked position at which the guide member is locked in the closed position and an unlocked position at which the lock is released. The guide member has a recess formed therein and the feeding mechanism further feeds a second feeding object to the recess along the straight path. When the second feeding object is disposed in the recess, the lock portion is disposed at the locked position.

A process for printing an image onto a custom vinyl record. Ultraviolet (UV) curable ink is printed directly onto a clear blank vinyl record and is then irradiated with a UV light. Sound recording is then added to the resulting vinyl record using a record cutter or lathe. The vinyl record may be printed on a single side or on both sides. The process may comprise the steps of rendering an image file onto a computer prior to transferring to printer software. The image file may be created by a human administrator or an artificial intelligence program. The image may be a single solid color, multiple solid colors, and/or a graphical figure, such as, e.g., a musician.

Apparatus for code spraying on tape and reel

Disclosed is a tape reel code spraying apparatus, including a main frame, where a supporting plate is arranged on a side of the main frame, a tape code spraying mechanism is mounted at an end of the supporting plate by means of a support, the tape code spraying mechanism is located above the end of the supporting plate, a code scanning mechanism is arranged on a side of the tape code spraying mechanism, and an orientation of the code scanning mechanism corresponds to a position of the supporting plate. When a reel is fed by means of a feeding frame, a moving mechanism drives the reel code spraying mechanism to move on the reel for code spraying, then the reel falls into a winding apparatus. The present disclosure better improves overall production efficiency of the product during use, and realizes paperless production.
