Printing system and managing method for printing system
A printing system that performs printing includes a printing apparatus in which at least a part thereof is configured by a unit part which is a replaceable function component. The printing apparatus is controlled using a command group including a printer control command which is a command for controlling the printing apparatus and a unit inspection command which is a command used for an inspection of the unit part. At least a part of the printing apparatus is configured by a plurality of unit parts having different functions. The plurality of unit parts are configured to be inspected using the unit inspection command.
Printing head height control
Apparatus and method for digital printing comprises placing a medium to be printed on a print table and feeding towards a print head. A finite length of the medium approaching the print head is measured for variations in thickness towards the print head. Then, the height of the print head is adjusted to maintain a predetermined printing distance. Subsequently, if the extent reaches or exceeds the printing distance then it is assumed that wrinkles are present and printing is paused for readjustment of the medium, which may be a textile and more particularly a garment.
PRINTING SYSTEM, PROCESS MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND PRINTING METHOD
A printing system 10 configured to generate a product of printing includes: a coater 14 that is a pretreatment machine configured to execute a pretreatment process of performing a predetermined pretreatment on a medium that is a target of the printing; a printer 16 that is a printing device configured to execute a print process of performing the printing by ejecting ink onto the medium after the pretreatment performed by the coater 14; and a controller 12 that is a process management device configured to propose a condition for the pretreatment process based on a condition for the product to be generated.
Inkjet Printer for Decorating Cloth
An inkjet printer (500) for printing on cloth (300) comprising a first vacuum belt (150) for conveying an unwoven fabric (200) which is, configured as a second vacuum belt, for conveying under an inkjet print head (505) a cloth (300); and a device for applying pressure to said cloth (300) on said second vacuum belt; wherein said device comprises a portion for traversing said cloth (300) with a rub by a relative movement between said pressure device and said second vacuum belt, carrying said cloth (300).
TEXTILE PRINTING
It is hereby disclosed a textile printing method comprising a controller to: receive a print job; and determine a print area of a garment based on the print job; wherein the controller is to instruct a printhead comprising a pre-treatment liquid to eject a pre-treatment liquid in a pre-treatment area of the garment being the pre-treatment area associated to the print area; and to instruct a printhead comprising printing fluid to print the print job on the print area.
PLATEN CONVEYANCE DEVICE
A platen conveyance device includes a first conveyance path, a platen supporter, a second conveyance path, and a positioner. The first conveyance path is configured to convey a platen to a pretreatment device. The platen supporter is configured to support the platen conveyed by the first conveyance path. The second conveyance path is provided with the platen supporter. The second conveyance path is configured to convey the platen supporter to a printer. The positioner is configured to position the platen supported by the platen supporter at a prescribed printing position in a horizontal direction.
Garment packaging for direct-to-garment personalization kiosk
A direct-to-garment personalization system for personalizing an article includes a direct-to-garment printer configured to print a graphic onto the article, wherein the article is assembled with a packaging to form a packaged article. The packaging has a left joint having a body portion and a neck portion; a right joint having a body portion and a neck portion; and a plurality of expansion joints pivotally connecting the body portion of the left joint to the body portion of the right joint. The plurality of expansion joints are configured to move the left and right joints between a retracted position and an expansion position. When in the expanded position, the frame is configured to keep the article taut for printing. The system also includes a storage area housing the packaged article; and a transfer system configured to retrieve the packaged article from the storage area and move the article to the direct-to-garment printer.
Fabric Processing Method, Processed Fabric, Textile Printing Method, And Composition Set
A fabric processing method of the present disclosure includes an attaching step of attaching a carboxylic anhydride to a fabric containing cellulose, and an esterification step of esterifying a hydroxyl group of the cellulose, in which, in the esterification step, the carboxylic acid is introduced into the cellulose through an ester bond. A molecular weight of the carboxylic anhydride preferably is 1000 or less.
Apparatus and method for printing print objects with independently movable printheads
The invention relates to a printing apparatus for printing print objects, comprising a machine base body which has a width side and a longitudinal side and is designed to accommodate at least one print object, a guide device which is arranged above the machine base body and extends over the print object over the width of the machine base body, and a printing device which is designed to print the print object and is moveably arranged on the guide device over the width of the machine base body.
