PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR EJECTING RECORDING MEDIUM TO SPECIFIED EJECTION DESTINATION
A processing system includes a processing apparatus, a feeding apparatus, an ejection apparatus, and circuitry. The processing apparatus includes a processing device to execute a process on each of objects including a first object and a second object. The feeding apparatus feeds the objects to the processing apparatus. The ejection apparatus ejects the objects sent from the processing apparatus. The ejection apparatus includes an ejection purge portion to receive the second object traveling in the ejection apparatus. The circuitry sets whether to permit ejection of the second object not jammed to the ejection purge portion in case of a jam of the first object in the processing system. The circuitry causes the second object to be ejected to the set ejection purge portion, in response to detection of the jam of the first object.
PRINTING SYSTEM
A printing system includes a discharging unit, a mounting unit, a post-process unit, a relay unit, and a control unit. The discharging unit discharges sheets. The mounting unit is provided to an apparatus body, and sheets are mounted on the mounting unit. The post-process unit performs a post-process on sheets. The relay unit is provided to the apparatus body, is configured to transport sheets to the post-process unit, and includes a lower path member. The lower path member is configured to be switched between a first state in which the lower path member serves as part of a relay path from the discharging unit to the post-process unit and a second state in which the lower path member opens the relay path. The control unit, when the lower path member is in the second state, makes sheets be discharged from the discharging unit to the mounting unit.
PRINTING SYSTEM
A printing system includes a discharging unit, a mounting unit, a post-process unit, a relay unit, and a control unit. The discharging unit discharges sheets. The mounting unit is provided to an apparatus body, and sheets are mounted on the mounting unit. The post-process unit performs a post-process on sheets. The relay unit is provided to the apparatus body, is configured to transport sheets to the post-process unit, and includes a lower path member. The lower path member is configured to be switched between a first state in which the lower path member serves as part of a relay path from the discharging unit to the post-process unit and a second state in which the lower path member opens the relay path. The control unit, when the lower path member is in the second state, makes sheets be discharged from the discharging unit to the mounting unit.

The first leg is disposed to extend to the conveyance path and abut against the sheet being conveyed along the conveyance path. The second leg has a reflective surface crossing a path of the space propagating energy. The actuator is pivoted by abutment of the sheet against the first leg. The reflective surface is formed so that the reflected energy obtained by the reflection of the space propagating energy on the reflective surface enters the receiver regardless of an angle of pivotal movement of the actuator.

A control unit obtains a captured image of a reference workpiece by a second image capturing unit after a droplet ejected from a droplet ejecting head lands toward a reference mark formed on an upper surface of the reference workpiece, detects a positional deviation amount of a position of the reference mark and a landing position of the droplet based on the captured image, and calculates the correction amounts of the relative positions of a workpiece table and a droplet ejecting head based on the positional deviation amount.
