Recording device
A medium receiving tray is configured to switch between a first state in which the medium receiving tray is accommodated in a device main body and a second state in which the medium receiving tray most protrudes, and the device main body includes a support member that is configured to be support the medium receiving tray. The device main body includes a rail that supports the first tray constituting the medium receiving tray. The support member is at a position protruding from an end portion of the rail in a protruding direction of the first tray from the device main body. The support member is at the retracted position when the medium receiving tray is in the first state, is at the advanced position when the medium receiving tray is in the second state, and supports the first tray constituting the medium receiving tray from below.
Recording apparatus
A recording apparatus includes a recording section that performs recording on a medium, a housing that houses the recording section, a tray configured to move to a loading position in which to load the medium to be subjected to recording and ejected and a stowage position in which the tray is stowed in the housing, and a switching unit that switches between an automatic mode in which to automatically move the tray to the loading position and the stowage position and a manual mode in which to manually move the tray to the loading position and the stowage position.
Post-processing device and recording system
An end unit includes: a processing tray including an upper surface on which a medium subjected to recording by a recording unit is mounted; a first paddle and a second paddle that transport, in direction +A, the medium mounted on the upper surface; an alignment section that aligns an edge portion of the medium, which was transported in direction +A by the first paddle and the second paddle, in direction +A; a post-processing section that performs post-processing for the medium aligned by the alignment section; and a load member that applies a load when the medium on the processing tray moves in direction −A opposite to direction +A.
RECORDING APPARATUS
A recording apparatus includes a recording portion, a liquid container portion containing a liquid to be supplied to the recording portion, a body in which the recording portion and the liquid container portion are mounted, and a housing that houses the body. The body can be changed in position between a closed position and an open position in a position-change direction intersecting with a vertical direction. The body, when located at the closed position, is housed inside the housing. The body, when located at the open position, protrudes from the housing in a first position-change direction of the position-change direction. The liquid container portion includes a container space containing the liquid to be supplied to the recording portion, and a liquid inlet through which the liquid can be poured into the container space. The liquid inlet is exposed when the body is located at the open position.
Recording device with air flow path for cooling a recording unit
A recording device includes a recording unit configured to perform recording on a medium, and a discharge tray located above the recording unit in a height direction of the recording device and configured to support the medium discharged after recording is performed thereon, and a flow path of air for cooling a cooling target is formed along a lower surface of the discharge tray. The recording unit is an example of the cooling target.
Base device to prevent tip and tilt of finisher
A base device to support a finisher includes a base pan, a first plurality of casters coupled to the base pan, a second plurality of casters coupled to the base pan, and a recess to receive a tip foot. The base pan includes a section which protrudes outward from a first side of the base pan. The first plurality of casters are coupled to the base pan to contact a surface when the base pan is level with respect to the surface, each of the first plurality of casters being beside a respective separate corner of the base pan and at least two of the first plurality of casters being beside the section. The second plurality of casters are to be positioned above the surface when the base pan is level with respect to the surface and to contact the surface when the base pan is inclined to a threshold.
Output tray fins
Examples of alignment fins for output trays of media dispensing devices are disclosed. In an example, an alignment fin is coupled to a support surface of an output tray of a media dispensing device. The alignment fin is to transition between a first position wherein the alignment fin is disposed below the support surface, and a second position wherein the alignment fin is exposed through an aperture in the support surface. When the alignment fin is in the second position, the alignment fin is to align the media dispensed from the dispensing device into a stack on the support surface.
POST PROCESSING DEVICE, RECORDING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING POST PROCESSING DEVICE
A post processing device includes: a processing tray that supports media on which post processing is performed; a post processing section configured to perform post processing on the medium supported by the processing tray; and a blowing section configured to blow air at the medium supported by the processing tray, wherein a control section for controlling the blowing section sets a blowing amount by the blowing section to a first blowing amount when the number of sheets of medium supported by the processing tray is less than a predetermined set number of sheets and sets a blowing amount by the blowing section to a second blowing amount, which is larger than the first blowing amount, when the number of sheets of medium supported by the processing tray is equal to or greater than the set number of sheets.
RECORDING APPARATUS
A recording apparatus includes a plurality of medium containing units that is provided along a vertical direction and contains a medium before recording, a liquid ejecting head that performs recording by ejecting liquid toward the medium, and at least one liquid containing unit that contains the liquid. The plurality of medium containing units includes a first medium containing unit located at an uppermost position, and a second medium containing unit located below the first medium containing unit. A size of the first medium containing unit in a medium feeding-out direction, in which the medium is fed out, is smaller than a size of the second medium containing unit in the medium feeding-out direction, and the at least one liquid containing unit is provided above the second medium containing unit in such a way as to overlap with the first medium containing unit in a vertical direction.
