PRINTER
At a printer that feeds a continuous paper unwound from a paper sheet supply unit in a sheet-shape to a printing head portion side via a damper portion, and then prints on a label of the continuous paper, in conjunction with an opening and closing operation of the printing head portion of the printing unit, the damper portion opens and closes in a vertical direction.
PRINTER
A printer includes: a first roller feeding a liner; a print unit printing information on a print medium temporarily adhering to the liner fed by the first roller; a second roller located at a first position when performing a print operation in a first print mode, and a second position when performing the print operation in a second print mode, at which second position the second roller rotates by the rotation of the first roller to separate the print medium from the liner; a reflective optical sensor including a light emitting part and a light receiving part arranged in an upward and downward direction defined when the printer is placed on a horizontal surface, and that is used to determine a position of the second roller; and a sensor housing containing the light receiving part. The sensor housing has a surface opposite to the light receiving part. The surface has an opening on a side of the light emitting part, and a light blocking part on a side opposite to the side of the light emitting part.
RECEIPT PRINTER
In accordance with an embodiment, a receipt printer comprises a discharge port configured to discharge a receipt, a conveyance section configured to convey a paper becoming the receipt to the discharge port; a clamping section configured to clamp the paper at an upstream side of the discharge port in a conveyance direction of the paper; and a controller configured to control the clamping section and the conveyance section such that the paper is bent into a loop shape to be discharged from the discharge port by clamping a front end of the paper with the clamping section and conveying the paper towards the discharge port while the front end of the paper is clamped by the clamping section.
CARRIAGE STRUCTURE AND PRINTER
Provided are a carriage structure capable of preventing a carriage from contacting a side edge of a print medium, without requiring a discharge roller and facilitating reducing device size, and a printer having the carriage structure. Disposed to a carriage 21 carrying and inkjet head 22 and moving bidirectionally through a range of movement including the conveyance path of a cut-sheet paper S are: a panel member 78 able to protrude in the direction of carriage 21 movement; and a moving mechanism 126 causing the panel member 78 to protrude to the conveyance path of the cut-sheet paper S when the carriage 21 is at a standby position (home position) set in the range of carriage 21 movement.
Barcode Printer
A barcode printer includes a frame on which a paper receiving device, a printing device, a cutting device, and a paper output device are disposed. The paper receiving device receives a plurality of printing papers which is interconnected and folded in a zigzag manner. A front edge of the uppermost printing paper is inserted downward into a paper inlet passage of the printing device. A paper delivering motor moves the uppermost printing paper forward to pass through a gap between a printer and a paper delivering roller. A printer is activated to print a barcode on a lower face of the uppermost printing paper. The front edge of the uppermost printing paper is moved to pass through the cutter and the paper output roller unit. The paper delivering motor is then stopped, and a rear edge of the uppermost printing paper is cut under operation of a paper output motor.
PRINTER
A printer can suppress paper lifting away from the platen surface even when conveying strong paper (regardless of paper strength) (a printer that can suppress paper uplift from the platen and is not easily affected by the type of paper). A printer 40 in which the platen surface 42a is on the inkjet head 21 side of a plane C through position A where paper 11 is held by a conveyance roller 36, and position B where the paper is held by a discharge roller, has: on the printhead 21 side of the plane C between the platen 42 and conveyance roller 36, at least one entry angle control unit 44 that contacts the paper 11 conveyed toward the platen surface 42a, and controls the entry angle of the paper 11 to the platen surface 42a; and on the printhead 21 side of the plane C between the platen 42 and the discharge roller 37, at least one exit angle control unit 46 that contacts the paper 11 conveyed in the direction away from the platen surface 42a, and controls the exit angle of the paper 11 from the platen surface 42a.
Tape cartridge and printer
The disclosure discloses a tape cartridge including a first tape roll, a first support member, a storage medium, and a terminal part. The first tape roll has a first core that includes an outer circumferential side around which a tape is wound capable of being fed out. The first support member rotatably supports the first core of the first tape roll. The storage medium is disposed on the first support member and is capable of reading or writing of information. The terminal part is disposed on the first support member while being exposed outside and is conductive with the storage medium.
PRINTER
An embodiment of a printer according to the present invention includes: a container configured to contain a roll body into which a belt-shaped print medium is wound; a frame including a first opening, the frame arranged to be a portion of the container; and a body case provided outside the frame and arranged to be a portion of a bottom surface of the container, the body case including a first protrusion part protruding toward the first opening.
Printing device
A printing device includes: a main body including an accommodating portion configured to accommodate a printing medium; a cover displaceable between an open position where the accommodation portion is opened and a closed position where the accommodation portion is closed; a platen roller attached to the cover and rotatably supported by the cover; a peeling roller attached to the cover and supported so as to be rotatable about an axis parallel to a longitudinal direction of the platen roller; and a switching mechanism attached to the cover and configured to switch the peeling roller between a contact position where the peeling roller comes into contact with the platen roller and a non-contact position where the peeling roller is away from the platen roller in conjunction with displacement of the cover.
PRINTER
A printer according to the present invention includes a container configured to contain a roll body into which the belt-shaped mount is wound; an opening and closing cover configured to open or close the container; and a switching unit configure to be movable between a first position and a second position. When the switching unit is at the first position, printing is performed with the first ejection mode. When the switching unit is at the second position, printing is performed with the second ejection mode. A portion of the opening and closing cover contacts the switching unit so that the switching unit moves in a direction toward the second position, in response to a status change of the opening and closing cover from an opened status to a closed status.
