Paper cutting device for kiosk printer and kiosk printer equipped with the same
The paper cutting device includes: a lower frame configured such that a platen roller and a thermal head are disposed on the top surface thereof and provide a paper movement path and a drive unit is contained therein; an upper frame configured to form the paper movement path in association with the lower frame, and to open the paper movement path; a fixed cutter configured to be disposed on the upper frame, and to cut the roll paper; a movable cutter configured to be disposed on the lower frame, to cut the roll paper, and to allow the roll paper to move; and a jam control unit configured to detect a jam of the roll paper, and to detect the opening of the paper movement path and lower the movable cutter.
Printer
A printer, comprising: a printing part; a conveying mechanism to send out a print medium from a medium roll around which the print medium is wound, the conveying mechanism comprising a correcting mechanism to correct curl of the print medium in a winding direction by curving the print medium in a reverse direction of the winding direction; and a controller configured to: store a finish time of the printing; obtain a start time when next printing is started; determine whether an elapsed time elapsed from the finish time to the start time is longer than a particular time; when the elapsed time is longer than the particular time, cause the conveying mechanism to convey the print medium by a particular length which is longer than a length between the correcting mechanism and the printing part; and cause the printing part to perform the printing.
PRINTER DEVICE
A printer device includes: a recessed accommodation part accommodating a roll-shaped continuous paper; a pair of rack gears arranged in a staircase-like shape on a paper conveyance direction side of the continuous paper, and having tooth rows arranged in a first direction orthogonal to the paper conveyance direction so as to face each other; a pinion gear arranged between the pair of rack gears and fitting into the tooth rows of the pair of rack gears, and a pair of paper guides respectively provided at one end portion of an upper rack gear in the first direction and anther end portion of a lower rack gear in the first direction, and supporting side surfaces of the continuous paper accommodated in the accommodation part. The pair of paper guides perform an opening or closing movement in the first direction by the pair of rack gears and the pinion gear.
PRINTER DEVICE
A printer device includes: a pair of rack gears arranged in a staircase-like shape on a paper conveyance direction side of a continuous paper accommodated in a recessed accommodation part that accommodates a roll-shaped continuous paper and having tooth rows arranged in a first direction orthogonal to the paper conveyance direction so as to face each other; a pinion gear fitted into the tooth rows; and a pair of paper guides that are respectively provided at a position of an upper rack gear that is closer to a center side in the first direction from one end portion in the first direction and a position of a lower rack gear that is closer to the center side in the first direction from another end portion in the first direction or the other end portion. The paper guide provided on the upper rack gear is mounted to an upper mounting part extending from a back surface of the upper rack gear opposite to the tooth row to the paper conveyance direction side.
RECORDING DEVICE
A recording device includes a recording unit and a medium support unit. The recording unit includes a recording head and a platen that faces the recording head in a first direction. The medium support unit is arranged below the recording unit such that the medium support unit overlaps the recording unit as viewed in the first direction. The medium support unit is configured to move, relative to the recording unit, in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The medium support unit has an up-down mechanism configured to move a support position of the recording medium upward in the first direction by being pulled from below the recording unit. The support position commences to move upward in the first direction after the medium support unit commences to move in the second direction relative to the recording unit during pulling of the medium support unit.
PRINTER, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND SALES DATA PROCESSING APPARATUS
According to the embodiment, a printer includes a feeding device, a mark detector device, and a controller device. The feeding device feeds an elongated recording medium. A bar-shape mark having a predetermined length is successively formed from a rear end of the recording medium. The mark detector device detects presence/absence of the mark on a feeding path of the feeding device. The controller device recognizes that the recording medium is in a near-end status based on a mark detection result of the mark detector device.
Printer
In a printer for printing on a label of a continuous paper in a middle of feeding the continuous paper unwound from a paper sheet supply unit, while a depressed portion is disposed below a damper portion, a width adjustment guiding portion, which contacts an outer edge in a width direction of the continuous paper to guide a feed of the continuous paper, is disposed on a lower portion of the damper portion such that the lower end portion of the width adjustment guiding portion is positioned within the depressed portion.
PRINTER AND METHOD OF DETECTING NEAR-END STATE OF RECORDING PAPER IN PRINTER
A printer includes a printer body and a lid. The printer body includes a recording paper holder configured to accommodate a roll of recording paper and a projection provided on a bottom surface of the recording paper holder that contacts the recording paper. The lid is attached to the printer body to be opened and closed relative to the printer body.
Tag printer apparatus
A tag printer apparatus for printing, severing and feeding non-curled labels to sewing machines. The tag printer apparatus includes a base; a control assembly including a central processing unit mounted to the base and adapted to be energized by a power source, and also including a monitor in communication with the central processing unit; a dispensing assembly mounted upon the base for dispensing print material; a support assembly mounted upon the base and including a support member; a printer assembly slidably mounted upon the support member and in operable communication with the central processing unit; and a tag feeder assembly connected to the support member and in communication with the central processing unit.
MEDIUM HOLDER AND LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS
A medium holder according to the invention includes a medium roll being a wound medium, and a medium holder unit that is mounted onto an end portion of the medium roll in an axial direction. The medium holder unit includes a movement mechanism having a rotating body that moves the medium roll.
