CONVEYANCE APPARATUS
There is provided a conveyance apparatus including: a holder configured to hold a roll body so that the roll body is rotatable around a first axis; a first conveyance member configured to convey a sheet pulled out of the roll body in a conveyance orientation; a support member arranged downstream of the first conveyance member in the conveyance orientation and has a support surface facing a first surface of the sheet; a recording head facing the support surface; and a first guide member which is arranged between the first conveyance member and the support member in the conveyance orientation, and which has first and second guide surfaces configured to guide first and second surfaces of the sheet. The first guide surface and the second guide surface are configured to guide the sheet so that the sheet has a curved shape in a cross-section orthogonal to the conveyance orientation.
PRINTING APPARATUS
There is provided a printing apparatus including: a recorder; first and second conveying rollers; a first member which includes the first conveying roller and in which the first conveying roller is supported shakably; and a second member which includes the second conveying roller. The first member includes: a roller support having: an extending part which extends in an extending direction of a rotation shaft of the first conveying roller, and first and second supports which rotatably supports first and second ends of the rotation shaft of the first conveying roller, respectively; and at least one pressing part configured to press a central area of the extending part in a pressing direction extending from the first conveying roller to the second extending roller, in a state that the first and second conveying rollers are brought into contact with each other.
RECORDING APPARATUS
A recording apparatus is configured to support a roll body on which a medium is wound in a rolled form, and to perform recording on the medium fed out from the roll body, the recording apparatus including a housing, and a roll unit configured to support the roll body, in which the roll unit is configured to transition to a first mode in which the roll unit is stored inside the housing in a state of not supporting the roll body, and to a second mode in which the roll unit is drawn out from inside the housing to outside the housing where the roll unit is configured to support the roll body
PRINTING APPARATUS
A printing apparatus includes: a sheet storing part configured to store a sheet; a conveying mechanism configured to convey the sheet taken out from the sheet storing part; a first frame and a second frame arranged in an opposing direction with the conveying mechanism interposed therebetween; a printing part configured to perform printing on the sheet conveyed by the conveying mechanism; a cover composing at least a part of an upstream side, of the printing apparatus, with respect to the printing part in a conveyance direction in which the sheet is conveyed by the conveying mechanism; and a rotational shaft extending in the opposing direction and configured to support the cover to be rotatable. The rotational shaft has a first end and a second end in the opposing direction, and the first end is supported by the first frame and the second end is separated away from the second frame.
Printing apparatus and printing method
In a printing apparatus, a controller is configured to control a printing unit such that printing is started after a transport distance of the substrate reaches a pre-discharge transport distance, in which the pre-discharge transport distance is set to a value not less than a first longest distance, provided that a transport distance in a condition in which the transport distance is a longest distance among conditions 1, 2, and 3 provided below is the first longest distance. Condition 1: a transport distance until a region of the substrate that was nipped between a front driving roller and a nip roller passes through a printing head disposed most downstream in a transport path of the substrate, Condition 2: a transport distance until a transport speed of the substrate becomes constant, and Condition 3: a transport distance until tension of the substrate being transported becomes stable.
Roll paper steering devive, printing apparatus and method for assembling printing roll paper steering device
A roll paper steering device includes a guide rail fixed to a main body frame, a guide engaged with the guide rail, a holding shaft fixing member supported by the guide rail via the guide, a roll paper holding unit including a roll shaft and mounted to the holding shaft fixing member, a movable member configured to adjustably mount to the holding shaft fixing member, a nut member that includes an internal thread portion that screws into the external thread portion and that is fixed to the main body frame in a posture where the axis of the external thread portion is parallel with the guide rail, a first adjustment unit configured to adjust the posture of the holding shaft fixing member, and a second adjustment unit configured to adjust the position at which the movable member.
Printing apparatus and sheet storage device
A printing apparatus and a sheet storage device meet a need for diversification in printing modes while reducing a load on a user. A printing apparatus includes a first holder which rotatably holds a roll sheet, a second holder which is located below the first holder and rotatably holds a roll sheet, a printing unit which performs printing on a shed reeled out of the first holder or the second holder, a discharge port which is provided above the first holder and discharges the sheet printed by the printing unit, and a receiving unit which is provided between the first holder and the second holder and is capable of establishing a first stab of receiving a front end portion of the sheet discharged from the discharge port and a second state of not receiving the front end portion.
Media guides
In an example, a media guide assembly includes a support structure, a first media guide, and a second media guide moveably coupled to the support structure. In that example, the second media guide includes a surface that generates a wedge effect to move the second media guide to a level when contacted by a force.
