The invention relates to a printing apparatus for printing print objects, comprising a machine base body which has a width side and a longitudinal side and is designed to accommodate at least one print object, a guide device which is arranged above the machine base body and extends over the print object over the width of the machine base body, and a printing device which is designed to print the print object and is moveably arranged on the guide device over the width of the machine base body. The printing device comprises at least one first print head unit and a second print head unit, which can be independently moved relative to each other over the width of the machine base body on the guide device, wherein each print head unit has at least one print head which is designed to print the print object with at least one printing ink. In addition, the invention relates to a print method for printing textile surfaces, in particular with the apparatus, according to the invention, in which at least one print object is held on a machine base body and a printing device is delivered to the at least one print object. The first print head unit and at least one second print head unit of the printing device are independently moved over the width of the holding base body relative to each other along a guide device and print the at least one print object with a printed image.

An inkjet printing device includes a medium transport mechanism that transports a continuous medium (12) in a medium transport direction, an inkjet head that prints a user image on the continuous medium, one or more processors, and one or more memories that are connected to the processors and store commands which are able to be executed by using the processors, in which the processor reads out the command from the memory and prints non-product image position information (304) including information on a position of a non-product image (302) printed on the continuous medium in the continuous medium at a position (12A) on a downstream side of a region in which the non-product image is printed in the medium transport direction.

A recording device includes a recording unit (printing unit) configured to perform recording on a medium, a transporting belt having a support face configured to support the medium, and configured to transport the medium, a heating unit configured to heat the support face, and an adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a distance between the support face and the heating unit to a first distance and to a second distance that is greater than the first distance, wherein the adjustment mechanism moves the heating unit away from the support face such that the distance is changed from the first distance to the second distance.

Each of the pair of roller supports has an insertion hole into which the sensor support is inserted. The insertion hole determines a position of the sensor support in a direction intersecting an insertion direction of the sensor support. The sensor support includes a positioning portion determining the position of the sensor support with respect to at least one of the pair of roller supports. The positioning portion determines the position of the sensor support in the insertion direction, a direction opposite to the insertion direction, and a rotational direction about an axis along the insertion direction.

The present invention refers to a plant (1) for printing a fibrous material (T). The printing plant (1) comprises: a station (14) for supplying a fibrous material configured for supplying the fibrous material along a predetermined operative path, a treating station (10) configured for treating the fibrous material with a treatment composition by applying the composition itself on a first side (T1) of the fibrous material (T); and a printing station (6) configured for ink-printing at least part of a second side (T2) of the fibrous material (T) opposite to the first side (T1). Moreover, the present invention refers to a process of printing a fibrous material.

A medium transportation device includes a support table to support a medium, and a conveyor to transport the medium supported by the support table in a transportation direction. The conveyor includes a driving roller, a rail, and a pinch roller assembly. The rail faces the support table and extends in the perpendicular direction.
