Control apparatus for printing apparatus, printing method, and storage medium
A printing apparatus prints an image by applying ink to a print surface of an inclined print medium using a print head. A control apparatus for the printing apparatus acquires information on an inclination of the print surface. Based on the information, printing is controlled according to a print condition corresponding to a magnitude of the inclination of the print surface.
PRINTING APPARATUS
A printing apparatus includes a recording section including a plurality of ink heads configured to discharge, ink, a first reaction solution head, and a second reaction solution head configured to discharge the reaction solution, a driving section configured to drive the recording section, and a controller configured to execute causing the driving section to move the recording section in a first direction, causing the plurality of ink heads to discharge the ink, and causing the first reaction solution head and the second reaction solution head to discharge the reaction solution. The plurality of ink heads are arranged in the first direction. The first reaction solution head is located downstream in the first direction of an ink head located most downstream in the first direction. The second reaction solution head is located between two ink heads located adjacent to each other in the first direction.
INKJET PRINTING STRUCTURE
An inkjet printing structure includes a crossbeam having a front guide rail and a rear guide rail provided on its bottom surface; a connecting block mounted with a first slider fitting with the front guide rail and the rear guide rail; a first linear motor arranged between the crossbeam and the connecting block; and a lifting device connected to the bottom surface of the connecting block, which includes an inner frame, an outer frame, a third drive mechanism, lifting mechanisms and a synchronizing mechanism. The inner frame moves relative to the outer frame through lifting mechanisms connected to the synchronizing mechanism. A left guide rail and a right guide rail are provided on the connecting block with a second slider installed on the outer frame to cooperate with the left and right guide rails, and a second drive mechanism is provided between the connecting block and the lifting device.
Image processing apparatus, method of controlling the same, and storage medium
An image processing apparatus comprises a first storage and a second, a plurality of image processing units that perform image processing on pixel data of image data read from the first storage or the second storage, and a writing unit that writes the pixel data, processed by the plurality of image processing units, into the second storage. The plurality of image processing units include a directivity image processing unit that performs image processing on the image data in mutually different directions by reading and supplying to an image processing unit of the plurality of image processing units the pixel data written into the second storage. Target pixel data processed by the directivity image processing unit is written into the second storage in an order of arrangement which is different from the order of arrangement of pixels in the image data stored in the first storage.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, METHOD THEREOF, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
In order to obtain a smooth gradation reproduction in an image to be formed, an image processing apparatus inputs first data of an image to be formed which includes a color and second data of the image to be formed which does not include the color and has continuous gradation; determines printing material amount data corresponding to the first data; determines, based on the printing material amount data, a dot pattern when forming the image by performing a printing scan a plurality of times on a printing medium; and generates, based on the second data, a switching signal that switches each pixel in accordance with an area ratio of each of a first dot pattern and a second dot pattern.
PRINTING APPARATUS AND PRINTING CONTROL APPARATUS
A printing apparatus including a code information detecting unit configured to detect code information in image data, and a printing controller configured to control bidirectional printing to repeat a first scan including ink ejection in accordance with movement of a printing head to a first side in a main scanning direction, a second scan including ink ejection in accordance with movement of the printing head to a second side in the main scanning direction, and medium transport performed between the first scan and the second scan. The printing controller is configured to perform printing by any one of the first scan or the second scan in an area of the code information detected by the code information detecting unit, during the bidirectional printing based on the image data.
Image recording apparatus
An image recording apparatus is configured to record an image which includes multi-pass recording of completing a line image by performing a recording pass a plurality of number of times. The recording processing is configured to be executed in: a first recording mode in which the multi-pass recording of completing the line image is executed by performing the recording pass a first number of times, the recording pass being performed only when moving a carriage toward one side in a scanning direction; and a second recording mode in which the multi-pass recording of completing the line image is executed by performing the recording pass a second number of times larger than the first number of times, the recording pass being performed when moving the carriage toward the one side in the scanning direction and another side in the scanning direction.
Printhead carriage
In one example, a wedge shaped carriage to carry a printhead back and forth over a print substrate during printing.
Inkjet recording apparatus and inkjet recording method
An inkjet recording apparatus and an inkjet recording method are provided that facilitate designing of units for subsequent treatment in terms of their shapes and/or positions, while suppressing variability in image quality resulting from subsequent treatment. Two or more recording heads are disposed in a staggered arrangement in X and Y directions. The paired units for subsequent treatment are disposed in parallel to each other along the X direction, and the recording heads are interposed between these units. The length of each of the units for subsequent treatment in the X direction is greater than or equal to the ink-dischargeable extent in the X direction of the recording heads in one scan. The recording heads are arranged, so that nozzle groups, from which the droplets of the same color are discharged, are disposed symmetrically with respect to an intermediary line between the paired units for subsequent treatment.
Inkjet printing machine
An inkjet printing machine includes a controller and performs margin-less printing on a base material on the basis of image data having a size larger than that of the base material by discharging ink from an inkjet head while relatively moving the base material and the inkjet head for one cycle of reciprocation or more in a main-scanning direction. On the basis of the image data, the controller controls the inkjet head to stop discharging ink, when the inkjet head is moved from the outside toward an end of the base material. The controller controls, when the inkjet head is moved from the inside toward the end of the base material, the inkjet head to discharge ink to complement an image in a section where the inkjet head stops discharging ink.
