Automated device for adjusting print heads
A device for automatic adjustment of print heads in a printing machine is presented. The device can include at least one motor and a controller. The motor can drive at least one drive element for at least one retaining element, and drive at least one drive element for at least one adjustment element. The controller can control the at least one motor to: drive the at least one drive element to loosen the at least one retaining element, drive the at least one drive element to position the at least one adjustment element at a predetermined nominal value to position the adjustment element, and drive the at least one drive element to tighten the at least retaining element.
Assembly of a guiding structure and a print head carriage
Described is an assembly of a guiding structure and a print head carriage, the print head carriage comprising a base carriage controllably movable relative to the guiding structure along a first horizontal axis, the print head carriage comprising a sub-carriage controllably movable relative to the base carriage along a second horizontal axis. The print head carriage comprises an intermediate carriage controllably movable relative to the base carriage along a vertical axis, the sub-carriage mounted on the intermediate carriage for moving together with the intermediate carriage relative to the base carriage, the sub-carriage controllably movable relative to the intermediate carriage along the second horizontal axis.
Recording head unit, image forming apparatus, and line-head module
A recording head unit includes a line-head module including a plurality of recording heads to discharge a liquid, and a main plate to which the line-head module is mounted. The line-head module includes a first adjustment portion to adjust a position of the line-head module relative to the main plate in a longitudinal direction of the line-head module, and a second adjustment portion to adjust a position of the line-head module relative to the main plate in a rotational direction of the line-head module.
LIQUID JET HEAD AND LIQUID JET RECORDING DEVICE
A liquid jet head and a liquid jet recording device capable of reducing the installation area of the liquid jet head are provided. The liquid jet head according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is to be installed in a carriage of the liquid jet recording device. The liquid jet head includes a jet section provided with a nozzle hole configured to jet liquid, a support member configured to support the jet section, and provided with a hole part including a through hole penetrating in a jet direction of the liquid, a biasing member disposed in the hole part, and configured to bias the support member toward the carriage, and a biased member which is disposed at a predetermined position with respect to the carriage, and is biased in the hole part by the biasing member to thereby set a position of the nozzle hole with respect to the carriage.
Head assembly and inkjet recording apparatus
A head assembly includes a base member, a recording head, a first coupling member, a second coupling member, a first rotating shaft member, and a first angle adjustment mechanism. The first coupling member couples a first end of the recording heads to the base member. The second coupling member couples a second end of the recording head to the base member. The first rotating shaft member functions as a rotating shaft of the recording head. The first angle adjustment rotates the recording head about the first rotating shaft member as a rotation center. The first rotating shaft member is provided for the first coupling member. The first angle adjustment mechanism is provided for the second coupling member.
Printing apparatus and printhead adjustment method
In an embodiment of the present invention, even though there is a print shift due to a gap between a nozzle in an upstream side and a nozzle in a downstream side of a printhead, a printing apparatus capable of precisely adjusting a slant of a printhead with respect to a conveyance direction in a nozzle surface of the printhead is provided. According to the embodiment, two adjustment patterns are printed at two different carriage speeds, respectively, and a print shift due to a slant of the nozzle surface of the printhead with respect to a conveyance direction of a print medium is adjusted based on these two print results.
Print head adjustment device
A device for adjusting print heads, in particular inkjet print heads of an inkjet printing machine, on a print bar includes motors disposed in a row and supported for joint movement. Every motor carries a motor gearwheel and every motor gearwheel is successively engageable with at least two respective adjustment gearwheels.
Surface machining device
The invention relates to a surface machining device comprising a substrate support for receiving a substrate to be machined, a machining unit which can be moved relative to the substrate support along a first and a second movement axis, a position detecting unit for ascertaining the orientation of the substrate, and a control unit for controlling the movement of the machining unit dependent on the orientation of the substrate on the substrate support. The aim of the invention is to provide a surface machining device which can be produced in a compact manner and which allows a precise machining of the surface of the substrate to be machined in an inexpensive manner regardless of the position of the substrate on the substrate support. This is achieved in that the machining unit can be pivoted relative to the substrate support, in particular about a height axis which extends perpendicularly to the plane formed by the first and second movement axis.
LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE, LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS, AND DYEING APPARATUS
A liquid discharge apparatus includes a liquid discharge head including a nozzle face in which a nozzle is formed and configured to discharge a liquid, a carriage on which the liquid discharge head is mounted, and a guide shaft configured to hold the carriage movably. The liquid discharge apparatus further includes a driver configured to move the carriage, and a coupling between the carriage and the driver. The coupling is disposed on an axis of the guide shaft in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the guide shaft.
