INK REFILL CONTAINER AND INK REFILL SYSTEM
An ink refill container configured to refill an ink tank with ink and an ink refill system. An ink refill container includes a container main body having an ink chamber; an ink outlet forming portion provided at an edge of the container main body including an ink outlet configured to allow ink to flow out from the ink chamber; a valve provided in ink outlet forming portion and configured to seal the ink outlet in an openable and closable manner; and a positioning structure configured to abut on part of the ink tank and position the valve relative to ink tank when valve is opened. The positioning structure has a positioning surface located on an opposite side to a container main body side where the container main body is located, across the valve and extends in a direction intersecting with a center axis of the ink outlet.

Liquid consumption device
In a printer unit, ink is poured into a storage chamber from an inlet of a tank. The storage chamber communicates with an air chamber. An air tube connects the air chamber and the outside of the tank and is opened and closed by a valve. A cover is movable to a first position in which the inlet is covered and a second position in which the inlet is exposable via a third position being a position between the first position and the second position. A valve opening/closing mechanism opens a valve when the cover is located on a side closer to the first position than the third position, and closes the valve when the cover is located between the third position and the second position. When the cover moves from the third position to the first position, a cap fits over the inlet to seal the storage chamber.
Method of printing stealth white image, set of substrate and stealth ink, and printing device
A method of printing a stealth white image includes applying a stealth ink containing a red coloring material that emits visible light at exposure to ultraviolet radiation and a green coloring material that emits visible light at exposure to ultraviolet radiation to a substrate which contains a fluorescent brightener to form the stealth white image thereon, wherein the stealth white image demonstrates an a* value of from −2.0 to 2.0 and a b* value of from −10.0 to 0 at exposure to ultraviolet radiation having a wavelength of 370 nm according to CIE 1976 L*a*b* colorimetric system.

Container for liquid replenishment and liquid replenishment structure
A container for liquid replenishment for replenishing liquid in a liquid ejection apparatus comprises a container body capable of containing the liquid, a spout fitted to the container body and having a front end section including a front end surface and a liquid outlet for allowing the liquid to flow out therefrom, a lid member removably attached to the spout to cover the spout and a liquid absorber arranged on the spout. The liquid outlet is open in the front end surface of the spout and the liquid absorber is arranged at least on an area of the front end surface not occupied by the liquid outlet.
Liquid ejecting apparatus
A liquid ejecting apparatus includes a recording head that ejects ink, an ink tank that contains ink and that includes an inlet through which ink is poured from a refill container, an outer case that houses the recording head and the ink tank and that includes an upper case member disposed in the +Z direction and a side case member crossing the upper case member, and an opening and closing cover that is attached to the outer case and that is configured to rotate between an open position at which the ink can be poured from the refill container into the ink tank and a closed position at which the ink tank is covered. The side case member has a cutout.
Printer
A printer has a lower module and upper module. The lower module has a paper feed unit and a printing unit. A back of the upper module is hinged to lower module. A paper handling part holds paper after printing by the printing unit. A discharge unit in the upper module moves the paper out of the upper module while maintaining a hold on a rear portion of the paper and to draw the paper back into the upper module after an elapse of time. A container includes a support member that rotates into contact with and moves away from a lower part of the upper module. The container configured to receive and store the paper that has been drawn back by the discharge unit. The paper is stored in a region between the support member and the lower part of the upper module.
INKJET RECORDING DEVICE INCLUDING GUIDE MEMBER WHOSE PORTION IS ALIGNED WITH AND AT THE SAME HEIGHT AS STORAGE BODY
An inkjet recording device includes a first tray for supporting sheets, a storage body for storing ink, a head for ejecting ink, a platen positioned between the head and the first tray, and a first guide member. The platen is configured to support a first surface of the sheet conveyed rearward at a position below the head. The first guide member is positioned frontward of the head and has a first curved surface configured to guide the first surface of the sheet conveyed from the first tray toward the platen. The first guide member has a portion arranged in alignment with the storage body in a widthwise direction perpendicular to an up-down direction and a front-rear direction. The first guide member has a portion positioned at the same height as the storage body in the up-down direction.
Food product printer
A printer and corresponding method of printing an image on a surface of a plurality of food products by providing a system having a printer with an extendable and retractable receiving arm and a rotating food product delivery tray for continuously and automatically providing delivery of unprinted food products which are retracted into the printer, printed on, and returned by the receiving arm to the rotatable delivery tray and the tray further moves to deliver subsequent food products for printing.
