An inker is mounted to the handpiece in spaced relation to the surface such that, on rotation of the wheel, the stamp engages the inker and receives ink therefrom, whereby, when the body is roiled along a workpiece, the workpiece is demarcated at uniform intervals.

The top cover is detachably disposed above the inked printing assembly. The bottom cover is detachably disposed below the inked printing assembly, is located below the top cover at a spaced interval, and has a bottom wall. The disposition of the top cover and the bottom cover can transfer pointed force into planar force for increasing a contact area, the forcing uniformity, and the assembly convenience.

The extending handle is mounted on a top of the knob body firmly by the engagement between the ball joint and the bowl-shaped head.

A handle assembly adapted to be mounted on a driving member of a stamp has a knob body and an extending portion. The knob body has a bowl-shaped head, a central post, and a fixing seat. The extending portion has a ball joint, a collar, and a fixing plate. The ball joint is engaged with and encloses the bowl-shaped head, the collar surrounds the central post, and the fixing plate is mounted in a slot of the fixing seat. The extending handle is mounted on a top of the knob body firmly by the engagement between the ball joint and the bowl-shaped head.

A cosmetic stamp includes one or more stamping elements, a stamp compartment or housing for carrying the one or more stamping elements and a stamping substance. For example, a cosmetic stamp is an eyebrow stamp that is used for the application of a cosmetic eyebrow using the one or more stamping elements and the stamping substance. A method of applying a cosmetic stamp includes removing a stamping element from a stamp compartment, opening a lid of the stamp compartment, and pressing the face of the stamp to a stamping substance.

In the resting position a text plate mounted on the stamping insert may abut against an ink pad in the cushion receiving element, and that in a stamping process the stamping insert with the text plate can be shifted by the reversing mechanism into a stamping position. At least the text plate carrier and/or the mounted band unit or date unit, may be positioned to be replaceable with the shaft or the trunnions or stub shafts, respectively. The system may include a stamping insert.

In some embodiments, a stamp may comprise at least one stamping component and one stamping insert. The stamp component may be formed of a top a bottom part with a cushion-receiving element. The stamping insert may be connected so as to move synchronously via a reversing mechanism having a slide track in the bottom part via an shaft or trunnion to the top part.
