ALPHA-AMINO ESTERS OF HYDROXYPROPYLTHIAZOLIDINE CARBOXAMIDE DERIVATIVE AND SALT FORM, CRYSTAL POLYMORPH THEREOF

The invention provides -amino esters of a hydroxypropylthiazolidine carboxamide derivative, (2S)-3-([1,1-biphenyl]-4-ylsulfonyl)-N-[(1S)-3-hydroxy-1-phenylpropyl]-1,3-thiazolidine-2-carboxamide, as well as salts and crystal polymorphs thereof, that can be used to inhibit prostaglandin F receptor. The invention further encompasses methods of treating disorders such as preterm labor at the early gestational stage by the administration of these substances to a patient in need of treatment.

ANTI-C5 ANTIBODIES HAVING IMPROVED PHARMACOKINETICS

The disclosure provides antibodies that are useful for, among other things, inhibiting terminal complement (e.g., the assembly and/or activity of the C5b-9 TCC) and C5a anaphylatoxin-mediated inflammation and, thus, treating complement-associated disorders. The antibodies have a number of improved properties relative to eculizumab, including, e.g., increased serum half-life in a human.

Annexin 1 antibody

The present invention provides a specific binding molecule raised against the human Anx-A1 protein having the amino acid sequence shown in FIG. 2A. The present invention also relates to the sue of such a specific binding molecule in the treatment of T cell-mediated disease.

Progesterone formulations

Various pharmaceutical formulations are disclosed herein. For example, a pharmaceutical formulation is disclosed comprising ultra-micronized progesterone.

METHODS OF TREATING OR PREVENTING PRETERM LABOR
20200121683 · 2020-04-23 ·

Described herein are methods for treating preterm labor, stopping labor prior to Cesarean delivery, preventing preterm labor, or controlling the timing of parturition by administering a chemical compound, such as a muscarinic receptor antagonist preferably a M, receptor antagonist, or a -3 adrenergic agonist. Also described are methods for treating preterm labor, stopping labor preparatory to Cesarean delivers', preventing preterm labor, or controlling the timing of parturition by administering an effective amount of transdermal stimulation, posterior tibial nerve stimulation or another form of non-invasive or invasive neuromodulatton, unstimulated or stimulated acupuncture, magnetic field therapy, or vibratory stimulation. These methods may be practiced individually, in combination with each other, or in combination with known tocolytic methods or medications.
