METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD, AND ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD OBTAINED BY SAME
An electronic circuit board manufacturing method according to the present disclosure is a method of manufacturing an electronic circuit board including a substrate and an electronic circuit having a predetermined pattern, the electronic circuit being fixed on the substrate and being made from a nanoink composition containing metal particles. The method includes the steps of: causing a printing plate to hold a nanoink composition containing metal particles, the printing plate including an ink holding part formed on a surface thereof and having a predetermined pattern; bringing a surface of the substrate into intimate contact with the printing plate to transfer the nanoink composition held on the ink holding part onto the substrate; and drying the transferred nanoink composition in an environment of 40° C. or below in the atmosphere to fix the nanoink composition after the transfer step, thereby forming an electronic circuit having a predetermined pattern.
METHOD FOR INCREASING THE PARTICLE SIZE OF AMMOIUM OCTAMOLYBDATE (AOM)
Methods of increasing the particle size of ammonium octamolybdate (AOM) pigment powder are provided. A method can include heating the AOM pigment powder to a temperature above 20° C. for a given amount of time. An ink composition can be produced by formulating AOM pigment powder with increased particle size and incorporating the AOM pigment powder into an ink composition.

Method of improving print performance in flexographic printing plates
A method of making a relief image printing element from a photosensitive printing blank is provided. A photosensitive printing blank with a laser ablatable layer disposed on at least one photocurable layer is ablated with a laser to create an in situ mask. The printing blank is then exposed to at least one source of actinic radiation through the in situ mask to selectively cross link and cure portions of the photocurable layer. Diffusion of air into the at least one photocurable layer is limited during the exposing step and preferably at least one of the type, power and incident angle of illumination of the at least one source of actinic radiation is altered during the exposure step. The resulting relief image comprises a plurality of dots and a dot shape of the plurality of dots that provide optimal print performance on various substrates, including corrugated board.
Printing apparatus
In order to reduce variations in pressing force of a printing nip to make the printing pressure uniform, an apparatus that performs printing on a substrate using a roll-to-roll method according to an aspect of the present application includes: an ink supply member that supplies a printing ink; a blanket cylinder (30) that transfers part of the ink, which has been supplied from the ink supply member and applied on a surface of the blanket cylinder, onto the substrate; a roller mold (40) that removes part of the ink applied on the surface of the blanket cylinder (30); a base (46) on which the blanket cylinder (30) is fixed; a slider (44) that supports the roller mold (40) and moves on the base (46); a moving resistance reduction device (80) that reduces a moving resistance of the slider (44) relative to the base (46); and a roller mold nip device (42) that applies, to the roller mold (40), a nip pressure against the blanket cylinder (30).
Method for determining print parameters of a printing machine and test stand
A method for the determination of print parameters of a printing machine, particularly a flexographic printing machine, comprises the following steps: First, a print form (12) is provided and mounted on a print cylinder (14). Then, at least one high-resolution image of the surface of the print form (12) is recorded by means of a 3D camera (18). On the basis of the at least one high-resolution image a height profile of the print form (12) is determined and then a simulated print image is calculated on the basis of the height profile and an initial set of print parameters. Finally, optimized print parameters are determined by checking and/or varying the print parameters of the initial set. For this purpose, a simulated print image is calculated again after the print parameters have been varied. In addition, a test stand is specified on which such a method can be carried out.

Method of flexographically printing a plurality of lines
A method of flexographically printing a plurality of lines onto a substrate includes providing a flexo-master having a pattern of raised features including a plurality of lines. At least two of the lines intersect at a junction, wherein the junction includes one or more hollow voids. The flexo-master is used to apply ink onto the substrate forming a printed pattern including a printed junction corresponding to the junction on the flexo-master, wherein the printed junction has a different shape than the junction on the flexo-master.
