Printed image
The present invention relates to a printed image comprising flake-form effect pigments which has striking matt/gloss effects, to a process for the production of a printed image of this type, and to the use thereof, in particular in security printing.
PRINTED AND TREATED MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF
The present invention discloses a system and method for printing a registered image on a wet wipe. The system includes a printing apparatus having a plurality of ink reservoirs configured to print a plurality of graphics on a fabric. At least one optical sensor is configured to sense the plurality of graphics and one or more perforating components form a plurality of perforations along a length of the fabric. One or more cutting components configured to form a plurality of cuts along a length of the fabric. A packaging apparatus packages the printed material.

Specialized inksets and alternative fluids and related systems
Printer systems and associated ink cartridges can have specialized inksets and alternative fluids for use in printing. In such systems and cartridges, the inkset of a unique cartridge may be deliberately limited relative to traditional inksets that seek to have a wide color gamut such that chemistries having greater durability may be employed. Still further, such cartridges may include one or more functional inks that have a purpose other than merely coloration. Particularly in compact printers, for which space is limited, the system can be designed to accept various unique cartridges based on the intended printing application and print based on the characteristics of the received cartridge. Beyond this, the system may advise the user when a different cartridge is necessary and/or may be beneficially used for a particular application.

Method and apparatus for printing metallic beverage container bodies
A pair of metallic beverage container bodies is sequentially decorated in a direct single file queue by a dry offset rotary metallic beverage container decorator. A container body has a common design element, a first unique design element in a first color, and a second unique design element in a second color on its outer surface. The first unique design element is located within a boundary of the second unique design element. A second container body has the common design element, a third unique design element in the first color, and a fourth unique design element in the second color on the outer surface. The third unique design element is unique relative to the first and second design elements. The third unique design element is located within a boundary of the fourth unique design element.
