BLENDED FORMULATIONS
The present invention relates to a formulation comprising blends of formulations (or colloidal dispersions) and its topical application. The formulation comprises at least two different types of colloidal dispersion comprising deformable colloidal particles, wherein the deformable colloidal particles comprise a non-ionic surfactant and/or a phospholipid. The deformable colloidal particles of the invention may comprise an agent of interest (AOI) or may be free of an AOI. The formulation may comprise an AOI that is not associated with the deformable colloidal particles. The present invention also includes kits comprising the formulation of the present invention and the use of the formulation in medicine, skin care and cosmetics.

AQUEOUS PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF AN ANTI-IL17A ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to aqueous compositions for anti-IL17a antibodies, and more particularly to aqueous compositions for anti-IL17a antibodies with a V.sub.HH variable domain and a V.sub.L variable domain, and can be used as a medicinal agent for treating IL-17A-mediated diseases.
5a-REDUCTASE INHIBITOR
A 5α-reductase inhibitor contains saw palmetto extract and seaberry extract as an active ingredient in a synergistic compounding ratio, wherein the compounding ratio by weight of the saw palmetto extract and the seaberry extract is 3:1˜2. The 5α-reductase inhibitor containing the saw palmetto extract and seaberry extract or just the seaberry extract as a 5α-reductase inhibitor can be administered to the human body in order to inhibit 5α-reductase. The 5α-reductase inhibitor is useful as a prostate enlargement inhibitor, an androgenic alopecia inhibitor, and an acne prevention and amelioration agent. The 5α-reductase inhibitor can be part of a food or drink composition or a cosmetic composition.

Nano-fibular nanoparticle polymer-drug conjugate for sustained dermal delivery of retinoids
Disclosed herein are conjugated polymers comprising a polymer and an all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) prodrug covalently bound to the polymer by a hydrolysable linker L or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and methods of using same to treat certain disorders. In an embodiment, the conjugated polymer comprises poly (vinyl alcohol) covalently bound to ATRA through an ester linkage.
Topical skin compositions for treating rosacea and skin redness
A method of reducing the appearance of skin redness is disclosed. The method can include topically applying to reddened skin an effective amount of a composition that includes a water soluble Phoenix dactylifera seed extract, an essential oil from the leaves of tea tree, an aqueous Myrothamnus flabellifolia leaf and stem extract, and a saccharide isomerate comprising an exopolysaccharide of Vibrio alginolyticus, wherein the appearance of skin redness is reduced.
METHOD OF TREATMENT OF TOPICAL DERMATOLOGIC ACNE USING A CREAM COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a topical dermatologic acne treatment method using a cream. The treatment method uses two steps, first providing a bactericidal component and second providing a skin revitalizing complex. The bactericidal component clears the acne causing bacteria. The subsequent skin revitalizing complex revitalizes and conditions the skin and aids in return of natural skin flora and microbiome to prevent subsequent outbreaks. The skin revitalizing complex can include a variety of components such as: niacinamide, retinol, bakuchiol, green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, epilobium fleischeri extract, citric acid, dimethicone, and pentaerythrityl tetracaprylate. The skin revitalizing complex restores natural elasticity and oil production of the skin, decrease sebum production, and provide necessary conditioning of the skin to provide for the natural skin flora and microbiome to repopulate and flourish on a surface of the skin.
