A method for producing an inkjet printed material in which a low glossy region having unevenness due to a cured product of a curable inkjet ink is provided on a surface of a glossy base material is provided. The low glossy region is formed by an ink applying step and a curing step, where the ink applying step is a step of applying a liquid droplet of the curable inkjet ink in which a surface tension at 25° C. is 20 to 50 mN/m onto a surface of the base material, and a curing step is a step of curing the liquid droplet of the ink which has been applied onto the surface. Furthermore, an inkjet printed material, in which a low glossy region having unevenness due to a cured product of a curable inkjet ink is provided on a surface of a glossy base material, is provided.

This method of manufacturing an outer case for a hot water unit involves a pressing step for subjecting a flat metal plate (30a) to press processing to form a component part (3) of the outer case (C), and a painting step for painting text, symbols, figures or patterns on the component part (3), wherein the painting step involves an inkjet printing step for forming an inkjet printing layer (4) by performing inkjet printing on the flat metal plate (30a). Image indicia imprinted on the plate is surrounded by the relief printed frame. The ink layers extend into selvage areas of the plate. Ink jet printing on a non-absorbent substrate involves a wet primer having a primer viscosity. The wet primer is applied on the non-absorbent substrate. An ink jet ink having an ink jet viscosity lower than the primer viscosity is jetted over the wet primer while the primer is still wet. The wet primer and ink are simultaneously cured on the substrate.

An apparatus for printing a beer barrel includes a workbench, and a hydraulic pushing device, a barrel outer-sided printing device, and a barrel inner-sided printing device installed on the workbench. With respect to this rare earth magnet, the coating film is formed by a method which comprises: a step for having droplets of the ultraviolet curable resin composition adhere to the rare earth magnet surface by ejecting the droplets of the ultraviolet curable resin composition from a tip of a head by an inkjet method wherein droplets are ejected from a head; and a step for curing the ultraviolet curable resin composition by irradiating the ultraviolet curable resin composition adhering to the rare earth magnet surface with ultraviolet light.

A beverage use can includes a cylindrical can main body. The can main body includes a round opening at its upper portion. The can main body further includes a bottom at its lower portion. The can main body further includes an outer circumferential surface. Inkjet printing is performed over the entire outer circumferential surface of the can main body to form inkjet-printed images thereon. Then, plate printing is performed on these inkjet-printed images to form thereon images including characters. This improves quality of images formed on an outer circumferential surface of a beverage use can.
