Method for sublimation coating on optical lens
A method to sublimate a wide variety of coatings onto optical lens includes printing a first coating using a sublimation transfer ink onto a sublimation paper, positioning the sublimation paper onto the optical lens to align the sublimation paper to a first surface of the optical lens, placing the sublimation paper thereon, preheating a chamber of a vacuum oven to a predetermined temperature, placing the optical lens into the chamber of the vacuum oven with the first surface of the optical lens facing upward, closing the vacuum oven and setting a predetermined time for heating, heating and vacuuming the chamber of the vacuum oven during about the predetermined time such that the first coating sublimates onto the first surface of the optical lens from the sublimation paper, removing from the vacuum oven and cooling the optical lens having the first coating on its first surface.
Method for manufacturing wear and tear-indicating product
A method for manufacturing a wear and tear-indicating product includes mixing an elastomeric material, an ink affinitive material and an ink repulsive material, followed by molding to obtain an ink receiving sheet; disposing a sublimation transfer paper including a sublimation ink on the ink receiving sheet; heat pressing the sublimation transfer paper, so that the sublimation ink is released from the sublimation transfer paper and permeates into the ink receiving sheet, so as to obtain a colored ink receiving sheet formed with multiple color indicating areas that contain the ink affinitive material and sublimation ink permeating thereinto; removing the sublimation transfer paper from the colored ink receiving sheet.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL OUT SOLE HAVING IMPROVED PATTERN QUALITY AND DURABILITY, AND SHOE COMPRISING SAME
A three-dimensional out sole having a pattern having improved quality and durability has a dye permeated into the surface of the outsole. A depth to which the dye penetrating the micropores is 0.08 mm to 0.12 mm. The dye is permeated into the microspores through vacuum suction. The dye is digitally printed on a thermoplastic sheet. The thermoplastic sheet on which the dye is printed is heated to be softened with flexibility. The softened sheet having flexibility is closely attached to a surface of the shoe outsole having the three-dimensional shape through vacuum adsorption and then is permeated therein.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Examples relate to receiving image data of an image to be sublimation printed, wherein the image data comprising one or more colours to be printed, and a corresponding printing liquid density of the one or more colours. Based on the received image data, a sublimation energy to use to transfer printed printing liquid representing the image into a material is determined, and the determined sublimation energy is provided to a sublimator of a printer for transferring the image.
