Card incorporating a visible valuable object
The card forming a support for a valuable object, particularly a small precious metal ingot incorporated in said card, includes a core with a through aperture in which said valuable object is arranged, said through aperture having larger dimensions than those defined by the contour of said valuable object in the main geometric plane of said card. This valuable object is located in a central area of the through aperture so that a transparent peripheral area surrounds the valuable object inside said through aperture. The valuable object is embedded in a transparent resin which entirely fills the area peripheral to said valuable object between said object and the contour of the through aperture, so that the space remaining in the aperture around the valuable object is entirely filled by the resin.
All-in-one gift packaging system
A system for a greeting card. The greeting card has a planar greeting card portion and a greeting card cover moveably coupled to the planar greeting card portion. The greeting card cover can move from an open position whereby the planar greeting card portion is readable to a closed position adjacent to said planar greeting card portion whereby the planar greeting card portion is not readable. The greeting card portion is coupled to a gift storage compartment which has a volume and a depth for storing an item. The greeting card cover can open and close without moving the gift storage compartment.
ELECTRONIC CARD WITH SECURED SWITCH CONNECTION
An electronic card with secured switch connection includes a circuit board and an insulation sheet; a contact plate and a elastic sheet provided on the circuit board and acting as a switch, the elastic sheet resiliently pressed against the contact plate, the insulation sheet being slidable between the contact plate and the elastic sheet; a U-shaped snap-engaging sleeve provided on the circuit board and located above the contact plate and the elastic sheet, the insulation sheet being slidably inserted in the U-shaped snap-engaging sleeve, one end of the insulation sheet being provided with a through hole, the circuit board and a fixed end of the insulation sheet being fixed on two sides of a folding electronic card respectively. The electronic card with secured switch connection is advantageous in that it can prevent displacement of the insulation sheet.
HANDLING DEVICE FOR A VALUABLE ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HANDLING DEVICE
The invention relates to a handling device for a valuable article that is usable as a means of payment and is of flat extent or punctiform. The handling device comprises a carrier element of flat extent that is foldable and bendable into a wave form and at least one valuable article fixed thereto. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing a handling device for a valuable article.
Magnetic cardette
A magnetic cardette for removably holding a card or sign. The cardette includes a stem insertable into a floral arrangement container. The top of the stem includes a plate of material that is attractable to the card, in turn, having a magnet thereon removably holding the card to the stem.
Greeting card with inflatable balloon
A greeting card having a greeting card body and an interactive element which includes a mechanical balloon attached to the greeting card body which is operative to move from a flat positon to an inflated position by the operation of a mechanical spring mechanism contained in an interior cavity of the balloon. The greeting card also has audio capabilities wherein a sound module is operative to store and playback at least one audio file upon interaction with a user.
Magic window viewer, a die for cutting viewer parts, and a preprinted sheet from which to cut viewer parts
An apparatus, comprising a handle of a captive but freely-moveable wand, the handle useable to move an attached wand viewfinder over a clear front window of a front component to selectively reveal parts of printed matter on a hidden back component, wherein the clear front window has semi-transparently printed matter thereon, wherein inside the apparatus, a concealed component tethered to the wand is selectively moveable between the semi-transparently printed matter and the printed matter on the hidden back component, and wherein the tethered concealed component has an opening that lies in alignment with a matching opening in the wand viewfinder so that, with selective movement of the tethered concealed component: (a) both the printed matter on the clear front window is shown superimposed over the selectively revealed parts of the printed matter on the back component in the wand view finder and (b) solely the semi-transparently printed matter is shown on the clear front window outside the wand viewfinder.
INTERACTIVE GREETING CARD WITH INFRARED SENSOR
The interactive greeting card of the present invention combines a greeting card with IR sensor to trigger effects upon the greeting card recipient interacting with the IR sensor. The greeting card contains a hole, opening or aperture therethrough, into which a user may insert his or her finger to trigger one or more special effects such as audio replay, motorized movement of one or more mobile objects attached to the greeting card, or other special effects.
