Gift card carrier
A gift card carrier for holding a gift card includes a first part having a first portion and a second portion that is formed of a transparent plastic material and includes a pair of gift card slits for releasably retaining the gift card. The gift card carrier also has a second part that has an open interior space. The second portion of the first part is sized to carry the gift card and be received within the open interior space of the second part. The first part moves between a fully retracted position in which the second portion is received within the open interior space and an extended position in which the second portion is exposed for removal of the gift card.
Appreciation card with hidden gift card slot
An appreciation card including a front panel having a window formed therein that is located between the left side and the right side of the front panel and being defined by a window border. A gift card panel is disposed on the back face of the front panel below the window border. The gift card panel includes a pocket section and an attachment tab, the pocket section being connected to the window border on a first end and to the attachment tab at an opposing second end, the attachment tab being adhered to the back face of the front panel, and the pocket section being free from the back face of the front panel. The front panel and the gift card panel define a gift card slot into which a gift card may be inserted.
IMPROVED ILLUMINABLE CARD
An improved illuminable card includes a carrier layer, first and second contact pads, or rails, supportably interconnected to the carrier layer to receive a power signal, and an illuminable patch supportably interconnected to the carrier layer or another carrier layer for electrical coupling with the first and second contact pads and illumination upon receipt of a power signal at the first and second contact pads. The illuminable card may include a mask overlying at least a portion of the illuminable patch and having a predetermined pattern a to define a predetermined image visible on a side of the illuminable card upon illumination of the illuminable patch.

Systems and methods for transferring a gift using an information storage and communication system
Systems and methods for using an information wallet system to deliver a gift and receive, redeem, or re-gift the gift are disclosed. The information wallet system's storage is securely maintained by a financial institution computing system (i.e. a bank) and receives and holds purchase transaction information. Purchase information transaction may be received from a user computing device or an entity computing system, such as a merchant computing system. In one embodiment, a user may purchase a gift through an online website or at a brick and mortar location and direct the gift to be deposited into the information wallet storage of a recipient. A recipient may then continue to hold the gift, redeem the gift, or re-gift the gift to another party.
CARD PACKAGING SYSTEM
A novel and advantageous packaging system for card packaging system is provided. The card packaging system can hold a card and a promotional item and can display the serial number of the card while keeping the personal identification number for the card hidden. The card packaging system can be easily hung from a merchandise display. The card packaging system may include a card unit comprising a card, a hanger, and a stem, the stem being positioned between the card and the hanger, wherein the card may be separate from the hanger and the stem. The card packaging system may further comprise a case for receiving the card unit, the case including a slot for receiving the stem such that the card is positioned in the case and the hanger extends outwardly from the case.

The primer layer or thermal balance layer fully encapsulates the PET layer and can absorb the difference between the internal PET layer with any layer bonded to the encapsulated PET without cracking, bending or pitting and can reset into position when the heating/cooling has ended to make planar plastic core sheets for products such as credit cards, gift cards and the like.

A gift card presentation device that is operative to receive a gift card (or gift card holder) therein. The gift card presentation device contains a spring-loaded lever panel which is operative to move an internal spring (or springs) between a compressed and uncompressed states. The spring controls movement of a gift card or gift card holder placed into an opening on the gift card presentation device. When the lever moves the spring from the compressed state to the uncompressed state, the gift card is completely ejected from the gift card holder presentation device.
