Systems and Methods for Providing a Transaction Card Package Assembly Including Sample Product or Service
A transaction card package assembly comprising at least one transaction card, at least one sample product, and a card holder, and methods and system for processing the same.
SECURE PACKS FOR TRANSACTION CARDS
A secure packaging system for a stored value card. The secure packaging system including a front panel and a back panel sealed via a non-rewettable polymer to the front panel at a non-rewettable sealing section, the sealing section arranged continuously around at least a periphery of the stored value card, wherein the sealing section cannot be reactivated or unsealed with heat to access the contents therein.
METHOD OF LAMINATING MULTI LAYER STRUCTURE TOGETHER IN A ROLL-TO-ROLL PROCESS TO MAKE A PRE-LAMINATION THAT MAY BE USED IN THE MAKING OF CREDIT AND GIFT CARDS AND MIRROR IMAGE VARIATIONS THEREOF
The invention provides a free flowing copolymer between disparate plastic layers to thermally balance between the two differently expanding/contracting materials. The primer layer or thermal balance layer fully encapsulates the PET layer and can absorb the difference between the internal PET layer with any layer bonded to the encapsulated PET without cracking, bending or pitting and can reset into position when the heating/cooling has ended to make planar plastic core sheets for products such as credit cards, gift cards and the like.
Magic window viewer, a die for cutting viewer parts, and a preprinted sheet from which to cut viewer parts
An apparatus, comprising a handle of a captive but freely-moveable wand, the handle useable to move an attached wand viewfinder over a clear front window of a front component to selectively reveal parts of printed matter on a hidden back component, wherein the clear front window has semi-transparently printed matter thereon, wherein inside the apparatus, a concealed component tethered to the wand is selectively moveable between the semi-transparently printed matter and the printed matter on the hidden back component, and wherein the tethered concealed component has an opening that lies in alignment with a matching opening in the wand viewfinder so that, with selective movement of the tethered concealed component: (a) both the printed matter on the clear front window is shown superimposed over the selectively revealed parts of the printed matter on the back component in the wand view finder and (b) solely the semi-transparently printed matter is shown on the clear front window outside the wand viewfinder.
Multi-use numbering system and method
A numbering system is provided having an identifier with hexadecimal, vigesimal, quadrivigesimal, or any other suitable alphanumeric characters includable on a card and an account identifiable using the identifier. The card can be a gift card, a customer loyalty card, or a customer incentive card. An interface may be connected to a communications network that is accessible to associate the identifier with an account and manage funds associable with the account. Funds data may be associable with the account and storable on the remote server, the funds data relating to the funds transferred by a user to a card issuer. The identifier may be storable on the card in an electronically readable format, and may be included on the card via printing and/or imprinting. A method is provided for using the numbering system.
Gift Card Packaging and Associated Methods
Exemplary embodiments of a gift card box and associated methods are provided, generally including a base section including a first insert configured and dimensioned to receive a gift card. The exemplary gift card box generally includes a lid section including a second insert configured and dimensioned to cooperatively mate with the first insert. The first insert and the second insert substantially fix the gift card inside the gift card box when cooperatively mated. An exemplary method of assembling a gift card box is provided, generally including providing a base section, providing a lid section, and substantially fixing the gift card inside the gift card box by cooperatively mating the first insert and the second insert. The base section generally includes a window configured and dimensioned to permit visualization of indicia on the gift card.
ENHANCED SECURITY INSTANT TICKETS VIA HOMOGENEOUS UTILIZATION OF DISPLAY/OVERPRINT/BACKING AND VARIABLE INDICIA
A printing method or system for making a security-enhanced scratch-off document and the document so made are disclosed. The security-enhanced document includes a substrate, variable indicia, at least one other printed portion having background noise, and a scratch-off-coating layer applied over the variable indicia to maintain the variable indicia unreadable until the scratch-off-coating is removed by being scratched off. The variable indicia includes ink having a signal-to-noise ratio relative to the background ink noise of the document's at least one other printed portion, such that the variable indicia are unreadable with reference to the at least one other printed portion when the scratch-off-coating remains intact. Additionally, digitally imaging countermeasures to unassisted and assisted mechanical SOC lift are also disclosed. These methods and systems enhance the overall appearance of the ticket as well as potentially reduce the time and setup costs between print runs.
Enhanced Security of Scratch-Off Products Using Homogenous Inks or Dyes
In one embodiment, a scratch-off product with enhanced security comprises printing indicia and one or more other layers of the scratch-off product using inks and/or dies having the same or a similar chemical composition as the indicia to protect against attempts to view the hidden indicia without scratching-off the scratch-off coating. Printing the indicia and one or more layers of the scratch-off product using inks having the same or a similar chemical composition substantially reduces and/or eliminates the signal-to-noise ratio of the indicia relative to the other portions of the scratch-off product. In one embodiment, some or all of the layers of the scratch-off product are printed to cover the entirety of the scratch-off product increasing the efficiency of printing scratch-off products.
Environmental greeting card
An environmental greeting card is constructed as a self-mailer and thus, eliminates the need for a separate envelope.
