In certain embodiments, provided is an antiseptic composition useful for making skin or hand sanitizers that have a long-lasting, great antiseptic efficacy but at the same time having skin-moisturizing, low toxicity and low skin-irritating, hypo-allergenic properties, low inflammability, and low production cost.
