A multi-posture bedside writing pen includes a pen shell, a pen tip holder, a fiber rod and a fiber ink storage tube. The fiber ink storage tube is connected with the pen shell and located in the pen shell. The pen tip holder is connected with one end of the pen shell. The pen tip holder is axially provided with a through hole. The fiber rod is inserted into the through hole, one end of the fiber rod is exposed outside the pen tip holder, and an other end of the fiber rod is inserted into the fiber ink storage tube. A first gap is provided between the pen tip holder and the fiber ink storage tube.

An oil-based pigment ink composition contains titanium dioxide pigment, mica pigment, dispersant, oil-soluble resin, and organic solvent, whose viscosity at a shear velocity of 76 (l/s) is 50 mPa-s or lower. The ink composition produces writing with sufficient covering property and legibility, does not form hard cakes, and can release ink in a stable manner from the tip of a writing tool.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a roller ball marking instrument for use with paint, a method for assembling the roller ball marking instrument, and a system for delivering paint. The body of the marking instrument includes a reservoir for storing paint. The body is coupled to a fibrous roller ball via a retaining ring. The roller balls sits within a partially-enclosed cavity in the center of the retaining ring. A least part of the roller ball protrudes through an opening in the retaining ring. Paint in the reservoir moves first through an opening at one end of the body and then through an open center of the retaining ring. The paint is transferred to the roller ball. The roller ball rotates freely within the cavity of the retaining ring and transfers the paint to a writing surface.

Provided is a writing instrument or an applicator using resin parts formed, by way of two-color molding, to have an optimal guiding clearance between slide members. A plurality of resin molded parts is included. At least one of the plurality of resin molded parts is formed as a primary molding, and at least another one of the resin molded parts is formed as a secondary molding, by way of two-color molding, using a portion of a surface of the primary molding. The primary molding and the secondary molding are separated to be used as independent members. A device for dosed dispensing of a fluid medium is provided with a pen-like housing which has a storage chamber for accommodating the fluid medium and which has at its front end a tip in which there is provided an outlet opening for the fluid medium. Arranged in the front end is a valve element which closes the outlet opening under the force of a spring and is arranged such that it at least partially opens the outlet opening in the event of radial pressure being applied from the outside on the front end of the housing. The valve element is arranged in a tiltable manner at the outlet opening.
