Assembly structure of writing instrument
An assembly structure of a writing instrument, in which a sealing module assembly having a pre-assembled module for sealing is detachably attached to a body of the writing instrument, such that a production process may be smoothly performed due to an assembly process of the sealing parts with a difficulty in assembling being previously performed, and defective parts may be separately processed when defects occur in each part due to the separation structure of the body and the sealing module assembly, thereby reducing a defective rate. The assembly structure of a writing instrument, including: a body including a knock part installed therein to be operated by pushing, and a cartridge inserted into a hollow inside thereof; and a sealing module assembly which is detachably attached to a front end of the body, and has modules for sealing and operating installed inside thereof.
WRITING INSTRUMENT HAVING AUTOMATIC SEALING STRUCTURE
A writing instrument having an automatic sealing structure that may reduce an entire diameter of the writing instrument due to a decrease in a size of a ball shutter, thus to improve grip feeling of a user. The writing instrument having an automatic sealing structure includes: a body case having a front opening formed in one end thereof; a knock part coupled to the other end of the body case so as to make a nib protrude from or be retracted into the front opening of the body case by a pushing operation thereof; a cartridge inserted into the body case together with a spring in a state in which the knock part and the nib are coupled to both ends thereof, respectively; at least one O-ring fixedly fitted in the body case; a holder fixedly fitted in the body case so that one end thereof is covered by the O-ring; a ball shutter pivotally coupled to the holder to allow the nib to protrude or be sealed according to the pivoting thereof; and a link which is slidably fitted in the holder, and has a cutaway piece formed by protruding a circumferential portion of a part of a hollow column end thereof to allow the ball shutter to be pivoted.
WRITING INSTRUMENT HAVING AUTOMATIC SEALING STRUCTURE
A writing instrument having an automatic sealing structure, in which a hinge part of a holder has projection jaws formed thereon having a role of a stopper that can prevent a hinge shaft from being excessively pivoted, thereby more effectively preventing ink from drying out due to complete sealing of the nib. The writing instrument having an automatic sealing structure, including: a body case having a front opening formed in one end thereof; a knock part coupled to the other end of the body case so as to make a nib protrude from or be retracted into the front opening of the body case by a pushing operation thereof; a cartridge inserted into the body case together with a spring in a state in which the knock part and the nib are coupled to both ends thereof, respectively; at least one O-ring fixedly fitted in the body case; a holder fixedly fitted in the body case so that one end thereof is covered by the O-ring; and a ball shutter pivotally coupled to the holder to allow the nib to protrude or be sealed according to the pivoting thereof, wherein the ball shutter includes hinge shafts formed in a fan shape, and hinge parts of the holder, in which the hinge shaft is pivotally positioned, have projection jaws formed thereon by protruding inwardly to limit a pivot range of the hinge shaft.

Retractable Liquid Applicator Device
An improved retractable liquid dispenser device comprises an outer body having an internal channel communicating with an open first end. A liquid dispenser includes a supply reservoir and a discharge reservoir with a valve disposed therebetween. A retractable mechanism slidably supports the liquid dispenser within the outer body. A retractable valve is located in proximity to the open first end of the outer body. A first depression of the retractable actuator opens the retractable valve and moves the liquid dispenser into the extended position for enabling a depression of the distal end of the liquid applicator to open the dispensing valve to permit liquid to flow from the supply reservoir into the dispensing reservoir to dispense the applicator liquid from the distal end of the liquid applicator. A second depression of the retractable actuator moves the liquid dispenser into the retracted position and closes the retractable valve to enclose the distal end of the liquid applicator within the outer body.
Self-healing seal assembly for a writing instrument
A writing instrument comprising a self-healing seal component to prevent drying out of the writing instrument and an elastomeric support to protect the self-healing seal component.
APPARATUS FOR SELECTABLY PROVIDING MULTIPLE COLORS OF INK FROM A MARKER PEN
A writing device can be configured to provide ink or a colored dye upon a piece of paper or other medium. Such a writing device can include a plurality of separately extendable writing elements and a housing with a plurality of holes upon a terminal end of the housing, each hole providing a dedicated outlet hole for one of the writing elements, the housing comprising one of an elliptical cross section, a circular cross section, and a rounded off square cross section.
Apparatus for selectably providing multiple colors of ink from a marker pen
A writing device can be configured to provide ink or a colored dye upon a piece of paper or other medium. Such a writing device can include a plurality of selectable writing elements, wherein one of the writing elements comprises marker device comprising an ink reservoir connected to a writing tip.
Writing instruments
A writing instrument may include a barrel having a longitudinal axis, a cartridge, a writing tip, a self-retracting system for sliding the cartridge inside the barrel between a first position wherein the writing tip extends outside the barrel and a second position wherein the writing tip is retracted, the system comprising a button configured to move the cartridge between the first and the second position, and a sealing member configured to be actuated between a closed position closing a writing passage of the writing instrument, wherein the self-retracting system further comprises a linkage that connects the button and the cartridge, the linkage being configured to convert an actuation of the button into a linear motion of the cartridge along the longitudinal axis.
