SURGICAL MARKER
A marking instrument having a plurality of removable writing nibs serially aligned so that an operator can remove a spent or fluid-affected writing nib and, thereby, access a fresh writing tip.
Marker maker
A marker-making kit for assembling a marking device having a user-determined mixture of marking solution is provided. The kit includes a base unit coupled to a marker positioning mechanism and a press mechanism. A mixing tube holder secures a mixing tube used for collecting a desired amount of one or more marker fluids. A mixed marker solution is combined, including any number of different colors of marker fluid, and used to saturate a marker reservoir. The saturated reservoir may then be transferred to a maker barrel positioned near the press mechanism. By applying an amount of force with a marker compression arm, a completed marker is secured, enclosing the marker reservoir inside a marker barrel.

Writing Tool
A writing tool has a pen tube, a capillary unit, and a dispensing unit. The capillary unit is mounted in the pen tube, and is connected to a nib. The dispensing unit is mounted in the pen tube, and has a communicating tube and a pressing segment connected to the communicating tube. The pressing segment has at least one connecting arm connected to the communicating tube. A dispensing interval is formed between the communicating tube and a periphery of the pressing segment. The communicating tube contacts the capillary unit to make the capillary unit form different compression densities via the pressing segment and the dispensing interval, thus facilitating dispensing ink downward easily through the dispensing interval and providing a better occlusion effect to further avoid ink leakage.
Angle-adjustable, gravity flow ink refill and pen
An angle-adjustable, gravity flow ink refill and pen, each comprising of at least one bendable portion along its length. The bendable portion acts as a concertina-type hinge to allow both the pen and refill to bend to an angle and maintain the bend imparted to it. In a preferred embodiment, the refill is flexible in structure (full or partial) and the pen having a crimped corrugated bendable portion. In an alternate embodiment, intertwined helical wires form the bendable portion for the pen, the refill or both to maintain the angle bent. Alternatively a flexible gooseneck tube is used for the bendable portion of the pen. The pen writes normally on flat surfaces and on inclined surfaces, the rear end of the pen is bent forward such that the rear is pointed upwards towards the sky. This allows ink to flow towards the tip via gravity and facilitate consistent delivery of ink at multiple writing angles.

BIODEGRADABLE MARKER PEN
A biodegradable marker pen including a barrel, a cap, and an ink reservoir. The barrel has a hollow cylindrical structure, the ink reservoir is placed in the barrel, and the cap is detachably coupled with the barrel hermetically. The barrel, the cap, and the ink reservoir comprise 2 to 10 mass percentage of a biodegradable masterbatch respectively.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING CHEMILUMINESCENT SOLUTION
Devices have a flexible housing with an inside chamber having a closed and open end. A first chemiluminescent fluid is disposed in a breakable container in the chamber, and a second chemiluminescent fluid is in the chamber. A tip assembly is attached to the housing and includes a nib movably disposed in the body, and a filter element may be positioned within the body to prevent passage of broken particles from the container to the nib tip. A resilient element is used to impose an outward biasing force on the nib. A porous material is disposed over an outer surface of the nib tip and securely held in place. The device is activated for use by bending the housing to break the container causing the first and second chemiluminescent fluids to mix and react, providing a chemiluminescent solution that flows to the tip assembly for dispensing onto a desired surface.

CYLINDRICAL MOLDED ARTICLE AND BARRIER PLUG, BARRIER PLUG-ATTACHED CONTAINER, AND TUBE FOR STORING INK
It is an object to provide a cylindrical molded article that is also excellent in smell retention properties for smelling substances in addition to oxygen barrier properties and is also excellent in the fine appearance of a cut surface when cut, and a barrier plug, a barrier plug-attached container, and an tube for storing ink each using the same. A cylindrical molded article comprising a cylindrical resin layer comprising a resin having a melting point of 140 C. or more; and a vapor-deposited layer disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the resin layer, the vapor-deposited layer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, and diamond-like carbon, and the cylindrical molded article having a total thickness of 100 m or more.
