A knock type pen including a housing, a lead which is received in the housing and has an end to which a nib is coupled, and a knock element which protrudes from top of the housing and is pushed, a regulating element which is rotatably installed on an outer circumference of the housing, and a locking element which is provided in the housing and moves up and down by rotation of the regulating element, wherein when the locking element moves up, a press of the knock element is limited by the locking element.

The present disclosure relates to a knock type pen including a body in which a lead and a spring which provides an elastic force to the lead are received, and a knock section which is coupled to a rear end of the body and includes a knock body and a rotary cam to push the lead out of a tip of the body or receive the lead inside, wherein the knock type pen includes a cutout groove which extends in one direction along an axial direction of the body, a slit hole which extends along a downward direction from an upper end of the cutout groove, an insert hole which is formed in a direction perpendicular to the slit hole from the upper end of the cutout groove, and a locking section which moves up and down along the slit hole.

Example clippable multi-tone whistles, as well as systems and methods for manufacturing the same are described. An example clippable multi-tone whistle may comprise: a clip attached to a whistle body. The whistle body comprises a flat surface under the clip; a first opening configured to allow air flow to come into the whistle body; and on the flat surface a second opening configured to allow air flow to come out of the whistle body. The second opening is at least partially blocked by the clip, which controls direction of one or more air flows coming out of the second opening. The whistle part is configured to generate a plurality of different sound tones in accordance with user finger movements around the clip and the second opening. The whistle may further comprise a glass breaker, a length scale, and a bolt action switch, which may function as a fire starter.

A writing instrument includes a barrel and a cap capable of being assembled with and secured to the barrel. The barrel carries a writing instrument. The cap carries a clip. A free end of the clip includes a detent that can be received by a corresponding indentation of an exterior surface of an external portion of the barrel when the cap is assembled with the barrel. The detent of the clip and the indentation of the barrel are capable of securing the cap and the barrel in their assembled relationship. The writing instrument may be compact. Methods of using a writing instrument include securing a cap of the writing instrument to a barrel of the writing instrument by causing a detent of a free end of a clip of the cap to engage a corresponding indentation of an exterior portion of the barrel.

Example clippable multi-tone whistles, as well as systems and methods for manufacturing the same are described. An example clippable multi-tone whistle may comprise: a clip attached to a whistle body. A writing utensil with telescopic cap is provided including an elongate cylindrical writing utensil and telescopic cap. The writing utensil is preferably a makeup pencil having a traditional construction including a proximal end and a distal end having a writing tip. The telescoping cap includes a plurality of tubular elements that are concentric and slide telescopically relative to one another. The tubular elements include an innermost tubular element that has a closed end, and an outermost tubular element having an open end. The outermost tubular element has an interior sized diameter for receiving the writing utensil in a pressed-fit manner.

A writing utensil with telescopic cap is provided including an elongate cylindrical writing utensil and telescopic cap. The writing utensil is preferably a makeup pencil having a traditional construction including a proximal end and a distal end having a writing tip. The telescoping cap includes a plurality of tubular elements that are concentric and slide telescopically relative to one another. The tubular elements include an innermost tubular element that has a closed end, and an outermost tubular element having an open end. The outermost tubular element has an interior sized diameter for receiving the writing utensil in a pressed-fit manner.
