More particularly, the present invention relates to an organic/inorganic composite powder in which the rough surface of the inorganic powder is treated with biocompatible polymer, thereby improving dispersibility and feeling of use and to a cosmetic composition comprising said composite powder so as to achieve improved feeling of use and tight adhesion when applied to the skin.
