Method of producing a glueless dustless composite flooring material system
10889040 · 2021-01-12 · ·

A method of producing a glueless dustless composite flooring material system providing PVC-based flooring having waterproof layers providing different qualities of hardness, wear-resistance, sound deadening, and decorative patterns, avoiding the use of moisture-susceptible compressed cellulose-based filler, with layers fused together, avoiding the manufacturing complexity and delamination risks of using glue or adhesive, with a quickly-cured, UV-cured top coating providing long-lasting high performance and shortening and simplifying the manufacturing, which can be done in a sheet-form, essentially continuous-run manner, with an ability to quickly and simply change the optional design printing and texturing produced, and having an optional underlayment layer.

Wooden decorative panel and method for manufacturing same, insert molding using wooden decorative panel, and method for manufacturing insert molding

A wooden decorative panel has rough texture and non-glossy look of veneer. A wooden decorative panel manufacturing method enables manufacture of the wooden decorative panel with a small material loss. The wooden decorative panel includes a veneer made from natural wood and having a plurality of surface irregularities due to vessels of the wood, and a transfer layer transferred from a transfer film and bonded to a surface of the veneer. The transfer layer has surface irregularities that are similar in shape to the plurality of surface irregularities. The wooden decorative panel has the feel and the appearance of natural veneer due to the irregularities formed by the vessels, and the durability sufficient for use as an industrial product.

PLASTIC FLOORBOARD PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY USING DIGITAL PRINTING
20200377711 · 2020-12-03 ·

A plastic floor board processing technology using digital printing, aiming to solve the problem relating to the high production cost, comprising the steps of: preparing a base material; blending the base material; extruding the blended base material into a mold to form a stone-plastic base material; adjusting a gap between a surface embossing roll and a bottom embossing roll to enable the stone-plastic base material to pass through the gap; generating embossing patterns and positioning marks at equal intervals on a surface of the stone-plastic base material; cooling the stone-plastic base material; cutting the stone-plastic base material into plastic floorboards; using a digital printer to print the plastic floorboards. According to the present disclosure, patterns are directly printed on the surface of the stone-plastic base material, which avoids the processes of arranging a color film and a wear layer, lowers the production cost and improves the production efficiency.

Artificial stone slab comprising veins and method of manufacturing same

A method of manufacturing an artificial stone slab with veins comprises preparing a moldable hardenable fluid mixture of a first material (11); pouring the mixture into a mold (20) an upper face being exposed; engraving the exposed upper face with a predefined precise pattern of grooves (30) coinciding with a pattern of thin veins to be obtained; impregnating at least the inner faces (31) of the grooves (30) with a moldable hardenable fluid mixture of a second material (12), the color of both materials being different; causing the collapse and closure of the grooves, a visible pattern of thin veins of a second material with a natural look being left behind; curing the artificial stone slab by subjecting it to vibration, compression and vacuum until the fluid mixtures of the first material and of the second material are hardened.

Process for the production of virtual three-dimensional patterns in mouldings
10821640 · 2020-11-03 · ·

The present invention relates to a process for the production of virtual three-dimensional patterns in mouldings, in particular to an injection-moulding process for the production of mouldings having a virtual three-dimensional pattern which is formed by flake-form effect pigments, to the mouldings produced by means of this process, and to the use thereof, in particular for decorative purposes.

DECORATIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE FILM-ATTACHED THREE DIMENSIONAL MOLDED PRODUCT
20200317835 · 2020-10-08 · ·

To provide a decorative film whereby formation of wrinkles is suppressed when attached to a three dimensional molded product in a stretched state, and a method for producing a decorative film-attached three dimensional molded product. The decorative film of the present invention is a decorative film having at least a base film and a top layer containing a fluorinated polymer, the top layer being disposed on one surface, wherein the surface reflection intensity Wa at a wavelength of from 0.1 to 0.3 mm and the surface reflection intensity Wb at a wavelength of from 0.3 to 1.0 mm, of the top layer as measured by using a wave scan apparatus in such a state that the decorative film is stretched by 1.5 times, are both at most 30.0.

DECORATIVE MOLED ARTICLE

A decorative molded article has a light source disposed on a back side, for causing different designs to appear on a front surface side thereof, when the light source is off and when on, respectively. A base made of a predetermined synthetic resin permeable to light from the light source is disposed close to the light source. A wood veneer having a grain and permeable to light from the light source is disposed on a front side of the base. A colored coating layer is formed on a front side of the base using a paint having a predetermined color and a clear coating layer is formed on a front side of the colored coating layer using a transparent clear paint. The colored coating layer makes the grain difficult to visually recognize when the light source is off and visually recognizable when on.
