Building-wall flexible cladding
A method of manufacturing building-wall flexible cladding (12) for a wall of a building so that a cladding outer surface of the building-wall flexible cladding (12) matches or substantially matches a textured wall surface of the wall of the building. This is first achieved by selecting the wall to be modelled (S101) and forming an impression of the wall (S102). An absorbent flexible substrate (18) is provided (S103), and a wet mixture (24) created (S105) and applied to the substrate (18, S106) to form one or more tiles (24a). The wet mixture (24) is textured by applying the impression so that the cladding outer surface corresponds or substantially corresponds to the said textured wall surface (S108). Finally, the textured wet mixture is cured (S109).
Kit of decorative wall panels and enclosures made thereof
There is described a shower enclosure and kit of walls therefor. The kit of decorative wall panels comprise a first wall panel including a front face, the front face of the first wall panel defining a first decorative pattern and including a relief element, a second wall panel including a front face, the front face of the second wall panel defining a second decorative pattern, and a connecting assembly for connecting the first wall panel adjacent to the second wall panel. The first decorative pattern of the first wall panel and the second decorative pattern of the second wall panel are configured to counteract a visual distortion caused by the relief element of the first wall panel when the first wall panel is adjacent to the second wall panel.
Heat-treated PVC-plastic panel
The present invention relates to a method of treating PVC plates as well as plates and panels manufactured by this method. Further, the invention relates to plates and panels, in particular wall, ceiling or floor panels, comprising a heat-treated carrier plate (12) based on polyvinyl chloride with a density of, for example, 900 to 2,500 kg/m.sup.3 and a film (17) applied thereon. The film is a thin PVC-film and comprises a decorative pattern (18) directly printed thereon.
Additive manufactured multi-colored wall panel
This invention is an additively manufactured wall panel using computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) to design and manufacture multi-colored and multi-layered wall panels. This results in a variety of highly attractive, multi-colored wall panel faces ranging from brick, colored grout lines and multi-colored stones to multi-colored geometric designs. The design and manufacturing process greatly reduces the amount of precast cementitious materials by efficiently using higher quality materials. This reduces cost and weight while simultaneously producing a much more comprehensive, multi-functional wall panel complete with an interior frame, exterior insulation and an air, vapor and moisture barriers.
WALL COVERING PANELS, A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SUCH, AND METHODS OF TEST ADHERING SUCH PANELS TO A SURFACE, REMOVAL THEREFROM AND REPOSITIONING
A panel for decoratively covering a surface is provided. The panel comprises a section made of either a tile, such as a vinyl tile, or wallpaper. The section is sized as a small rectangular section, for easy handling. The panel comprises a decorative front portion, an adhesive applied to the rear side of the decorative front portion and an adhesive protection cover applied to the adhesive and forming part of the retail packaging of the panel. The adhesive protective cover is created in two portions, a large portion to cover substantially most of the rear side of the panel and a crack and peel strip, attached to the large portion and covering the adhesive. Both portions being removable to allow the panel to be adhered to a surface; the strip being separately removable to allow for the temporary placement of the panel to allow for easy correction of its placement, prior to the remaining portion of adhesive being exposed for permanent placement.

Laminate with synchronous structure
A process for the manufacture of a laminate, in particular a continuously pressed laminate, CPL, which can be used, for example, as a surface laminate in the manufacture of worktops or floor panels. The process includes the provision of a finish foil and a support structure, as well as the pressing of the finish foil with the support structure in a CPL process. The provision of a support structure includes impregnating the support structure with phenolic resin. The finish foil is provided with a decorative pattern and a three-dimensional structure that is synchronized with the decorative pattern.
COVERING ELEMENT, METHOD FOR DECORATING A COVERING ELEMENT, AND MACHINE FOR DECORATING A COVERING ELEMENT
A set comprising a plurality of covering elements for floors and/or walls, wherein each covering element comprises an upper surface having a pattern and at least one distressed upper edge, wherein at least two covering elements of the set comprises substantially the same pattern, and wherein the shape of the distressed upper edge differs in each covering element of the set.
