DECORATIVE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE MATERIAL
A decorative material provided with irregularities formed on a surface, including a base material and a striated portion in which a plurality of convex striations or concave striations are arranged on a surface of the base material, wherein each of the convex striations or concave striations has a finite length in a planar view, has a curved portion, and has a pattern in which the plurality of convex striations or concave striations of the striated portion have a fingerprint resistance represented by a color difference E of 1.50 or less.
Method for manufacturing panels having a decorative surface
A method is provided for manufacturing a printed paper layer. The method may involve providing the paper layer with a printed pattern. Providing the printed pattern may involve depositing water based inks using a digital inkjet printer. The water based inks may be pigment containing inks. The dry weight of the deposited pigment containing inks may be lower than 9 grams per square meter. The paper layer may include an inkjet receiver coating, such that the inks are deposited on the inkjet receiver coating. The inkjet receiver coating may include a pigment having a pore volume of 0.5 to 3 ml/g.
Process and device for the production of layered materials with synchronous-pore effect
Disclosed is a process for the production of synchronous-pore layered materials. Also disclosed is a device for the conduct of the process. In further aspects, the invention relates to layered materials which can be produced by the process, and also to wood-composite boards equipped with the layered materials produced by the process of the invention.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS HAVING A DECORATIVE SURFACE
Panels having a decorative surface may include a plate shaped substrate and a top layer, and the top layer may include a paper layer having a printed pattern. A method for manufacturing such panels may involve providing the paper layer with a treatment, including providing the paper layer with an ink receiving substance. The treated paper layer may be provided with at least a portion of the printed pattern by depositing pigment containing inks using a digital inkjet printer of a single pass type. The printed pattern may have a definition of at least 200 dpi. The pigment containing inks may be water-based. The printed pattern may be a wood pattern. The pigment containing inks may include colored pigments and may comprise up to 8 different colors, including brownish and/or reddish colors. The digital inkjet printer may include print heads with nozzles for firing droplets of pigment containing inks onto the treated paper layer. The paper layer may be fed from a roll, printed upon, and rolled back up again. The paper layer, while printing, may be flexible and may be attached to the plate shaped substrate after printing. A layer of thermosetting resin may be applied above the paper layer and the printed pattern. Providing the layer of thermosetting resin may involve a press treatment.
STAINABLE SURFACE
The invention relates to a method for producing a color-changeable decorative surface. In order to provide a decorative surface that can be changed in a particularly simple manner in terms of its coloring by the end consumer and which is particularly cost-effective and resistant, it is provided that at least one layer of a coating agent, which enables the absorption of color particles, is applied.
STAINABLE DECORATIVE BOARD
The invention relates to a method for producing a synthetic resin surface or lacquered surface with a variable color, having the steps of providing a support layer with a lower face and an upper face, impregnating the support layer with a liquid impregnant without using a pickling additive and at least drying the impregnated support layer. The aim of the invention is to provide a decorative surface, the coloring of which by the end consumer can be modified in a particularly simple manner and which is particularly inexpensive and resistant. This is achieved in that a layer of coating agent is deposited on the upper face of the support layer and is dried, and the support layer is then connected to a material, wherein the layer is cured in order to form an open-pore layer which is at least as transparent as possible upon drying and/or connecting to the upper face.
LAMINATE WITH SYNCHRONOUS STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of a laminate, in particular a continuously pressed laminate, CPL, which can be used, for example, as a surface laminate in the manufacture of worktops or floor panels. The process includes the provision of a finish foil and a support structure, as well as the pressing of the finish foil with the support structure in a CPL process.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS HAVING A DECORATIVE SURFACE

A method for manufacturing such panels may involve providing the paper layer with a treatment, including providing the paper layer with an ink receiving substance. The treated paper layer may be provided with at least a portion of the printed pattern by depositing pigment containing inks using a digital inkjet printer of a single pass type. The printed pattern may have a definition of at least 200 dpi. The pigment containing inks may be water-based. The digital inkjet printer may include print heads with nozzles for firing droplets of pigment containing inks onto the treated paper layer. The paper layer may have a mean air resistance according to the Gurley method of below 30 seconds, and have a weight between 60 and 90 grams per square meter.
Decorative sheet
A decorative sheet according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a decorative plate and an adhesive layer disposed on a first side of the decorative plate. The decorative plate comprises (A) a decorative layer disposed on a second side from the first side, (B) a core layer made of a prepreg containing a fiber base material, and (C) a balancing layer including mixed paper containing an endothermic metal hydroxide as a base material.
Method for producing a decorated sheet and use thereof
Decorated sheets on the basis of cellulose non-woven fabrics, such as paper, for the production of decorated laminates are impregnated with synthetic resins. Consequently, their sizes are changed, they become brittle and are not water-resistant in the laminate. In the method according to the invention the printed or unprinted non-woven fabrics are impregnated with an aqueous dispersion of a polymer which is cross-linkable by UV radiation, dried and optionally printed and finally irradiated with UV radiation. The decorated sheets thus obtained are water-resistant in the laminate and can be coiled up and stored after each process step.
