The invention is directed to an ergonomic tool holder, adaptable to a conventional pole and having a handle and a supporting base. These are coupled to an interconnecting unit in a non-permanent manner. The coupling of the handle to the interconnecting unit and the coupling of the supporting base to the interconnecting unit allows the tool holder to be assembled, having the handle in straight or multiple angled positions with regard to the supporting base and wherein the tool may be held and positioned along the X-X, Y-Y, or Z-Z axes. A given conventional utensil used in working activities such as painting or maintenance may be clamped and secured on the supporting base. Thus, the User may position such utensils in the tool holder straight or in the angled position at their convenience and may change such positions easily and quickly.

Disclosed is an improved paintbrush with an integrated clip. The integrated clip rotates, and when not in use does not hinder the user. The design allows for a user to use the paintbrush unfettered until the user desires to hang the paintbrush for storage or drying. When the user desires to use the clip, it is rotated from within the paint brush handle to the position of use. When the user desires to utilized the paintbrush for painting, the clip can be stored within the paintbrush handle in a manner where is does not interfere.

A clip capable of magnetic attachment to a paintbrush or to a steel paint roller mesh tray. It has a multi toothed hook arm extending from the body of the clip that enables a hanging attachment to a plethora of different sized paint cans and at different vertical angles. The clip may be used with continued attachment to the paintbrush where the paintbrush is hung on the paint can when necessary by the hook arm. It may also be used with continued attachment to a steel paint roller mesh tray and the paintbrush is magnetically affixed on the tray when necessary. A ferromagnetic backing cup may be used to direct the bulk of the magnetic flux to either side of the clip body.

The paint tool holder includes a rod attached to the bucket holder and stabilizer to hold the bucket firm and steady so that a user is able to easily paint. The weight of the can, is in all situations, is equally distributed and centered at the point of flexion of the wrist. Holder devices for bulk paint cans comprising planar ergonomic handles having a C-shaped “jaw” that engages only the conventional upper, lip rim of a paint can so that the can may be held at a conveniently inclined angle in one hand during brush painting to permit unobstructed access to the paint. The jaw is common for all sizes of paint cans, as the ring-type can lip is common in its radial dimension and thickness. A slot with optional keeper is provided to retain bails. Three embodiments are shown: a Universal type and two dedicated types, for Quart and Gallon cans, respectively. A magnet provided on the holder retains a paint brush oriented over the paint contents to catch drips. The transition section of the holder is flat to provide a surface on which the holder can be stood upright, and as a hammer to reseal the paint can lid.

An integrally formed bucket and external organizer is provided. A bucket is provided having a tubular sidewall with an open upper end and a closed bottom end. An integrally formed brim connects to an outside surface of the tubular sidewall proximate to the open upper end. The brim extends radially outward from the tubular sidewall to an external or exterior edge. The brim includes a plurality of apertures that extend though its surface (e.g., between an interior edge attached to the tubular sidewall and the exterior edge). Such apertures may support various items (e.g., tools, fishing gear, etc.).
