HOLDING DEVICE FOR ARTICLES AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A HOLDING DEVICE ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure relates to an improved holding device for receiving and holding a variety of articles upright or vertically. The present holding device includes a flexible chamber configured for receiving articles of various shapes and sizes and securing the articles in the upright position. The stabilizing base can be any shape or design, and accommodates various decorations, logos and brands for display. The present disclosure further relates to an improved holding device assembly.
PAINT CAN CADDY
The paint can caddy is a holder and carrier for paint cans, as well as associated painting items, such as paint brushes and cleaning rags. The paint can caddy includes a receptacle having a cylindrical sidewall, an open upper end and a closed lower end. A brush holder is mounted on the cylindrical sidewall, adjacent the open upper end of the receptacle. The brush holder extends radially outwardly from the cylindrical sidewall and is angled with respect to the plane of the open upper end of the receptacle. At least one magnet is secured to the brush holder, allowing a paint brush with a magnetic or paramagnetic material embedded in its handle to be releasably secured to the brush holder. A handle is secured to an exterior surface of the cylindrical sidewall, allowing the receptacle to be easily carried and moved.
Paint Brush Holder
A paint brush holder that can provide easier and more effective use of a paint brush is described herein. The holder includes one or more bores that can admit insertion of a paint brush handle, and can include further features that add functionality. With a paint brush inserted into the holder, a user can paint with better control and for longer periods with less fatigue as compared to painting with a brush alone.

PAINT BRUSH WITH INTEGRATED HANGER AND PACKAGING THEREFOR
A paint brush having a handle with an integrated hanger that is pivotably movable between a retracted position for stowing the hanger within a groove of the handle, and an extended position for extending the hanger outwardly from the groove to hang the paint brush on an object. When stowed in the retracted position the hanger may be flush with an outer surface of the handle to enhance the ergonomic design. The hanger and groove may be configured to enable ease of deployment of the hanger from the retracted to extended position simply with a one-handed operation. The portion of the handle having the groove may be made of a flexible material which may better secure the hanger in the groove when stowed and/or may facilitate installation of the hanger. The handle may include a grip portion having the flexible material which is over-molded onto a rigid head portion.
WATERCOLOR PAINTING FRAME DEVICE
A painting frame for forming a border on a painting having an opening defining an image area of the painting, a lower frame hingedly attached to the upper frame forming a support structure for the painting, a gasket attached to a perimeter of the opening in the upper frame for forming a seal for the image area of the painting and clamps for attaching the upper frame and the lower frame to create a liquid proof seal for the gasket.
Paint tray and paint tray liner
A paint tray and paint tray liner include a paint tray housing having a receptacle for holding paint and/or a paint liner. The housing has an upper edge that surrounds at least a first side and a second side of the perimeter of the housing. The upper edge has an edge defining a gripping portion that coincides with an approximate location of a center of gravity of a paint load in the paint tray. A tool holder is positioned on a side of the paint tray for holding a tool adjacent the receptacle for holding paint. The paint tray liner is for seating in the paint tray in close relation to the shape and size thereof.

The present invention relates to a sealable airtight cover that prevents any painting tools such as bristle brushes, paint rollers or any other painting tools, for example, airbrush guns, from drying.
The cover is used when one desires to retentively enclose a wet bristle brush or paint roller and preserve the same ready for use later on.

The cover is to be attached tightly from one end to the handle of a painting tool such as a bristle brush or a paint roller and functions like a mitt during a painting job. To prevent the wet stained bristle or the roller cover from drying, the cover's other end is pulled up and over the brush and sealed by a sealing mechanism.
