The flexible band is movable between a first position spaced a first distance from the rear, a second position spaced a second distance from the rear less than the first distance to allow the container body and the bail to be grasped at the rear without interference by the flexible band, and a third position spaced a third distance from the rear greater than the first distance to provide space for a user's hand between the rear of the container body and the flexible band.
Caddy for Paint Bucket
A caddy for the paint container when viewed from the top is comprised of a chord segment and a corresponding arc segment, the chord segment and arc segment being the front wall and rear wall respectively of the caddy with a bottom that joins the walls forming an open-top reservoir. The outer surface of the front wall comprises a matrix of cones so as to form an irregular surface that a paint roller may utilize to distribute paint about the paint roller. The caddy contains a magnet within the reservoir to secure a paintbrush and a deck where openings or recesses may secure one or more tools. Other disclosed embodiments include a caddy where the deck has been replaced by a handle or by a secondary paint reservoir.
STORAGE CONTAINER WITH SPOUT
A storage container with a spout is provided that can store a coating material. The storage container can include a container body having a shape, which may be a circular shape, polygonal shape, or a rounded-polygonal shape. The container body includes a side wall having first and second ends. The storage container with a spout can include a first opening with a corresponding lid and the spout providing a second opening with a corresponding cap. The storage container can further include a handle formed with an aperture through a side of the container body.
Nesting paint tray and paint bucket system, paint tray, and paint tray liner
A nesting paint bucket and tray system includes a paint bucket and a paint tray. The paint bucket has a spout extending outwardly from the perimeter of the paint bucket. The paint tray has a spout extending outwardly from the perimeter of the paint tray. The paint tray includes feet that extend along the length of the paint tray, with the feet positioned adjacent the side walls of the paint bucket. The paint bucket includes first and second roll off surfaces while the paint tray includes one paint roll off surface.
RESEALABLE AIRTIGHT CONTAINER SYSTEM FOR USING AND STORING PAINT
A resealable airtight container system is provided for holding and storing paint that preserves and maintains the paint in a clean, high quality condition for current and subsequent use. Different embodiments of the system include a non-cylindrical container component, a removable container edge-protecting lip component that engages an upper edge of the non-cylindrical container, and a sealing lid component that provides an airtight seal to cover and seal the container. The lip component may be stored in the lid component when not in use. In one embodiment, the system provides a non-cylindrical container that may function both as a painting tool carrier and as a resealable paint container.
PAINT CAN SQUEEGEE APPARATUS
Various embodiments are described for a squeegee apparatus configured to facilitate a removal of paint or other debris in an annular recess of a can, such as a paint can. The squeegee apparatus may include a body having a first recess to receive a first lip of a can, a second recess to receive a second lip of the can, and a projection to extend into an annular recess of the can. The squeegee apparatus may include a guard wall projecting laterally from the body and a ramp at least partially defined by a distal end of the projection. The ramp and the projection can be positioned such that, when the body of the squeegee apparatus is pulled along the annular recess of the paint can, paint or other debris residing in the annular recess is forced up the ramp and redirected towards an interior chamber of the can.
Paint roller systems
