PAINTER BOX SYSTEM
A painter box system includes a housing having a top-surface, a first-wall, a second-wall, a third-wall, a fourth-wall, a base, a hollow inner volume, a plurality of legs, a paint-receptacle and a lid. The housing is defined by the top-surface, the first-wall the second-wall, the third-wall, the fourth-wall, the base, the hollow inner volume, the plurality of legs, and the paint-receptacle. The paint-receptacle is positioned and integral to the top-surface. The painter box system provides a work platform and supports paint within the paint-receptacle in a readily accessible position for use.
STRAINER, STRAINER SYSTEM, AND RELATED METHODS
A strainer adapted for releasable engagement with an open top of a can or container is described. The strainer includes an open ring member and a spout integrally formed therewith. Also described is a strainer system using the strainer and a mesh material. Various methods of use are also described.
DISPOSABLE PAINT CAN RIM PROTECTOR WITH A CIRCUMFERENTIAL SEALING CHANNEL
A disposable paint can rim protector for protecting the rim of a paint can while painting to make cleanup easier and preserve leftover paint. The rim protector is for paint cans having a circumferential groove for receiving a circumferential sealing ridge of a paint can lid. The rim protector prevents paint from collecting in the circumferential groove, ensuring a clean seal with the lid sealing ridge. The rim protector includes a circular formed ring having an inner diameter and an outer diameter, a circumferential channel in the circular formed ring that extends all around the circular formed ring, and a pull-tab extending from the circular formed ring. The circumferential channel has a cross-section configured to be snugly insertable into the circumferential groove of the rim of the paint can. The circular formed ring, the circumferential channel that extends all around the circular formed ring, and the pull-tab, can all be of one piece.
Hand-held vessel
A hand-held vessel has a bottom wall, a sidewall and a supportive strap attached to the bottom wall and the sidewall. The bottom wall and sidewall have an inner and outer surface. The sidewall extends from the bottom wall, whereby the inner surfaces of the bottom wall and sidewall define a cavity for holding fluids or loose materials therein. The strap has a first end and a second end, whereby the first end is fixedly attached to the sidewall and the second end is selectively secured to the bottom wall. The strap is adaptable to accept a user's hand disposed between the strap and the outer surface of the sidewall. The strap urges the hand against the outer surface of the sidewall to secure the vessel to the hand and stabilize the vessel with respect to movement relative to the hand.
PAINT CAN GROOVE PROTECTOR
A resilient, flexible, ring-shaped paint can groove protector is provided having a plug portion configured to fit within a lid-receiving groove of a paint can. First and second sealing faces of the protector seal against first and second walls of the groove to mitigate the accumulation of paint and debris therein. An outer flange portion can extend radially outwards from the plug portion to sealingly engage with the shoulder and/or an adjacent third wall of the paint can. A skirt can depend from the outer flange portion to engage the tubular wall of the paint can. The protector can be made of an elastomeric material that is resistant to bonding with paint, such that paint can easily be washed or peeled off. The protector can be re-used many times without its effectiveness being compromised by dried paint accumulating thereon.
ERGONOMIC CONTAINER WITH THUMB HOLE
An apparatus includes a bottom wall, a plurality of connected walls attached to the bottom wall to define a cavity having a top rim, and a flange extending laterally outward from the top rim. At least a portion of the flange extends downwardly from the top rim. The portion of the flange includes an aperture configured to accept a user's thumb, and the portion of the flange is substantially symmetrical about a center line of the apparatus.
DISPOSABLE PAINT CAN RIM PROTECTOR WITH CIRCUMFERENTIAL SEALING RIDGE
A disposable paint can rim protector is disclosed for protecting the rim of a paint can while painting to make cleanup easier and preserve leftover paint. The rim protector is for paint cans having a circumferential groove for receiving a circumferential sealing ridge of a paint can lid. The rim protector prevents paint from collecting in the circumferential groove, ensuring a clean seal with the lid sealing ridge. The rim protector includes a circular flat ring having an inner diameter and an outer diameter, a circumferential sealing ridge protruding from the circular flat ring and extending all around the circular flat ring, and a pull-tab extending from the circular flat ring. The circumferential sealing ridge has a cross-section configured to be snugly insertable into the circumferential groove of the rim of the paint can. The circular flat ring, the circumferential sealing ridge, and the pull-tab, are all of one piece.
DOCKING STATION INCLUDING LEVELER FOR RESEALABLE CONTAINER
The present disclosure relates to a docking station including a measuring device dock and a leveler. The docking station is suitable for use with container of multiple sizes and shapes. In certain embodiments, the docking station includes a flex prong for securing the docking station to the interior surface of a suitable container.
COATING APPLICATION WITH AUTOMATED BRUSHING
Arrangements described herein include coating application systems and methods for controlling such systems. The system can include an application end configured to be operatively connected to a robot arm. The application end can include one or more nozzles to dispense a coating onto a workpiece. The application end can further include one or more brushes to brush a portion of the coating dispensed onto the workpiece. The brush can be moveable between a retracted position and a deployed position. In some arrangements, the systems can include a cleaning tool to remove excess coating from the brush after brushing.
