Wheel Disc for a Disc Wheel
A wheel disc for a disc wheel, especially for utility vehicles; with an essentially radially extending hub fitting flange and an essentially cylindrical disc edge which can be joined to a wheel rim, and with a transition region extending between the hub fitting flange and the disc edge, wherein the transition region is subdivided into at least five segments (Ai to v) passing into each other or into the hub fitting flange or the disc edge, each of which has an outer end situated closer to the hub fitting flange and an inner end situated closer to the disc edge, wherein neighbouring segments have curvatures with different directions and variable material thickness, with the ratios of the material thicknesses and the ratio of their lengths to heights are chosen as follows:

IRRIGATION SYSTEM PROPULSION WHEELS AND METHODS OF MAKING
Wheels adapted to roll on and across surfaces of fields, for example, as part of irrigation systems of types used in agricultural applications. Such a wheel has an axis of rotation, a center portion comprising a central hub concentrically disposed on the axis of the wheel and multiple spokes radiating from the central hub, and a tread portion circumscribing the center portion. A radially outermost extent of each spoke terminates at a spade that is oriented parallel to the axis of the wheel. The tread portion includes tread plates, each located between and attached to adjacent pairs of the spokes. The spades protrude radially outward between and beyond adjacent pairs of the tread plates.
Wheel spoke with thickened edges around heat dissipation holes and its processing device
A lightweight wheel spoke for an automobile increases the strength around the heat dissipation holes by thickening the material around the heat dissipation hole on the inner wall of the spoke. The thinning of the material between the heat dissipation holes, that is where there is no heat dissipation holes on the tapered barrel, enables the tapered barrel of the spoke to form a unique concave-convex structure on the inner wall or the outer wall, thereby enabling the entire spoke to be secured.
VEHICLE WHEEL DISC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF VEHICLE WHEEL DISC
A vehicle wheel disc includes a flat plate-shaped hub-mounted part, a cylindrical rim-mounted part, and a hat-shaped part. The hat-shaped part includes a hat top portion, a hat inner peripheral portion, and a hat outer peripheral portion. At a border between the hub-mounted part and the hat inner peripheral portion, a first connecting portion is provided, and at a border between the hat top portion and the hat outer peripheral portion, a second connecting portion is provided. The plate thickness of the hat outer peripheral portion is smaller than the plate thickness of an intermediate portion that is a portion from a border between the first connecting portion and the hat inner peripheral portion to a border between the hat top portion and the second connecting portion in the disc radial direction.
Minimizing drag-induced forces on a wheeled vehicle
A wind-diverting apparatus for minimally shielding only the faster-moving drag-sensitive uppermost wheel surfaces from headwinds reduces overall vehicle drag. The apparatus includes various upper wheel fairings of FIGS. 1-6. Each fairing shields a primary vehicle-drag-inducing upper wheel surface from headwinds otherwise impinging directly thereon.
Fabricated vehicle wheel, wheel disc for use in such a fabricated vehicle wheel and method for producing such a wheel disc and fabricated vehicle wheel
A wheel disc adapted for use in a fabricated vehicle wheel includes a steel wheel disc defining an axis and includes a center mounting portion, an outer rim connecting flange, a plurality of radially outwardly extending spokes connecting the center mounting portion to the outer rim connecting flange and a ventilation opening provided between each pair of adjacent spokes. A width defined by a center wall of the spoke is tapered inwardly along a substantial portion of a radial length thereof as the center wall of the spoke extends generally from the center mounting portion to the outer rim connecting flange or wherein a width defined by outer walls of the spoke is tapered inwardly along a substantial portion of a radial length thereof as the outer walls of the spoke extends generally from the center mounting portion to the outer rim connecting flange.
Inflation device for tubeless tires
A wheel assembly includes a wheel having an outer rim and a hub. A first coupling is applied to the hub. A non-return valve is housed in the first coupling, and a second fitting is applied separably between the hub and the outer rim to connect the outlet of the hub hole with the channel hole.
RIM FOR A WHEEL OF A VEHICLE
A rim for a wheel of a vehicle and having: a central hub; a peripheral ring, on which a tyre can be fitted; and a series of spokes, which are arranged radially and connect the peripheral ring to the central hub. Each spoke has three initial branches, which are distinct and separate from one another, originate from different portions of the central hub and, at a given distance from the central hub, join one another so as to form one single central branch, which ends in the peripheral ring.
Disc Wheel with Internal Bracing
A bicycle disc wheel comprises a first disc panel and a second disc panel. The first disc panel has a first side outer surface and a first side inner surface and the second disc panel has a second side outer surface and a second side inner surface. The first side outer surface radially extends from a first disc panel outer perimeter to a center opening and the second side outer surface radially extends from a second disc panel outer perimeter to the center opening. The second side inner surface faces the first side inner surface. A brace is coupled to the first side inner surface and the second side inner surface that provide radial and axial structural support to the disc panels.
WHEEL FOR RAILWAY VEHICLE
A wheel includes a boss, a rim, and a web. The rim includes a tread and a flange. A center of the rim in the axial direction of the wheel is disposed closer to the flange in the axial direction than a center of the boss in the axial direction is. The web has a plate-thickness center line that has a linear shape when the wheel is viewed in its longitudinal section. When an angle that the plate-thickness center line forms with the axial direction is denoted by α, a distance in the axial direction from a side face of the rim to an outer end of the plate-thickness center line is denoted by Pw, a length of the rim in the axial direction is denoted by Wr, and Pw/Wr is denoted by L, the wheel satisfies the expression L ≥ 0.0223α-1.363. Where, the angle α is 90° or less.
