A thermoplastic transparent resin composition for a wheel rust cover includes 20 wt % to 60 wt % of a graft copolymer, 40 wt % to 70 wt % of a non-graft copolymer, and 3 wt % to 10 wt % of a processing aid, in which a total rubber content is 10 wt % to 25 wt %, a total methacrylic acid alkyl ester compound content is 34 wt % to 67 wt %, a total aromatic vinyl compound content is 16 wt % to 40 wt %, and a total vinyl cyan compound content is 0 wt % to 10 wt %.
