COLLAPSIBLE WHEELS AND METHODS OF MAKING COLLAPSIBLE WHEELS
Embodiments of collapsible wheels and methods of making collapsible wheels are generally described herein. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY FOR THREE-WHEELED VEHICLE
A wheel assembly includes a rim and a hub concentric with the rim. The wheel assembly includes a first set of spokes spaced circumferentially about the hub between the rim and the hub. The spokes of the first set of spokes each has an elliptical shape elongated in a direction radially from the hub to the rim. The wheel assembly includes a second set of spokes spaced circumferentially about the hub between the first set of spokes and the rim. The spokes of the second set of spokes each has a partial elliptical shape elongated in a direction radially from the hub to the rim. The spokes of the first set of spokes are in an alternating arrangement with spokes of the second set of spokes circumferentially about the hub.

TIRE
Provided is a tire capable of improving the wear resistance. The tire comprises: a case portion comprising: an inner cylindrical member; an outer cylindrical member surrounding the inner cylindrical member from a tire radial outer side; and a plurality of connecting members arranged between the inner cylindrical member and the outer cylindrical member and connecting the two cylindrical members; and a tread portion having a tread rubber disposed on a tire radial outer side of the outer cylindrical member, wherein: when a portion of the tread rubber located on a tire radial outer side of a junction of the connecting members joined to the outer cylindrical member is defined as a tread rubber junction, a wear resistance of a first portion of the tread rubber inclusive of the tread rubber junction is larger than a wear resistance of a second portion of the tread rubber other than the first portion.
Non-pneumatic tire
A non-pneumatic tire includes an attachment body (11) attached to an axle, a ring member (14) including an inner rim (12) fitted onto the attachment body (11) and an outer rim (13) configured to surround the inner rim (12) from the outside in a tire radial direction, and a plurality of connecting members (15) disposed between the inner rim (12) and the outer rim (13) in a tire circumferential direction and configured to connect the rims (12) and (13) to each other, wherein at least a portion of the ring member (14) and the plurality of connecting members (15) are formed of a synthetic resin material having a bending modulus of elasticity obtained through a 3-point bending test pursuant to International Standard ISO 178 of 300 MPa or more, and a breaking strain obtained through a tension test pursuant to International Standard ISO 527-1 and 2 of 3% or more.
