RIM FOR VEHICLE WHEEL
A wheel rim, in particular for a wheel of an agricultural vehicle is disclosed, in which an annular body comprises a central annular portion extending around an axis, two peripheral annular portions for coupling with the beads of a tyre and two intermediate annular portions that connect the two peripheral annular portions to the central annular portion, each intermediate annular portion comprises a tilted wall with an external frustoconical surface that forms an angle with a plane that is perpendicular to the aforesaid axis.
Vehicle wheel
In a vehicle wheel, communication holes of first Helmholtz resonators (auxiliary air chamber members) having a resonant frequency lower by a first prescribed frequency fa than the resonant frequency of air column resonance sounds of a tire, and communication holes of second Helmholtz resonators having a resonant frequency higher by a second prescribed frequency fb than the resonant frequency of air column resonance sounds of the tire, are arranged facing each other across the wheel rotational center, the second prescribed frequency fb being set greater than the first prescribed frequency fa.
VEHICLE WHEEL
A vehicle wheel includes a rim having an outer circumferential wall on a tire air chamber and a Helmholtz resonator having an auxiliary air chamber. The Helmholtz resonator is disposed in a space on an inner circumferential side of a bead sheet and the auxiliary air chamber is in communication with the tire air chamber through a through-hole penetrating through the rim.
Rim for a braked aircraft wheel
A rim for a braked aircraft wheel includes an outer circular portion whose ends are terminated flanges for receiving a tire. The outer circular portion is connected by a wheel disk to a hub for fitting on an undercarriage axle in order to rotate about an axis of rotation coinciding with a central axis of the rim. The rim is designed to receive the tire on the outside of the outer circular portion and a brake on the inside of the outer circular portion, the outer circular portion presenting on one side of the wheel disk that is to receive the brake, in a plane containing the central axis of the wheel, a profile that has two slopes forming non-zero angles with the central axis, the two slopes extending in the continuation of one another from the wheel disk to the corresponding flange and flaring towards said corresponding flange.
VEHICLE WHEEL
A vehicle wheel includes a Helmholtz resonator adhered on a wheel, and a stopper supported on the wheel and configured to limit displacement of the Helmholtz resonator toward outside in a wheel radial direction. The stopper is disposed on the outside of the Helmholtz resonator in the wheel radial direction and adhered on the wheel. The stopper integral with the Helmholtz resonator forms an annular body that extends in a wheel circumferential direction on an outer circumferential surface of a well part. Moreover, a gap is formed between the Helmholtz resonator and the stopper.
VEHICLE WHEEL MANUFACTURED BY MAGNETIC PULSE WELDING
Method for manufacturing a vehicle wheel, comprising the following steps: providing a rim made of metal sheet, providing a disc made of metal material, comprising a cover part and a connection part, protruding axially from the cover part, wherein on the connection part is obtained a plurality of recesses, distributed in the circumferential direction of the connection part, interference-fitting the connection part of the disc to a radially inner surface of the rim, and applying a magnetic pulse to deform areas of the rim respectively superimposing the recesses of the connection part, so that the disc is held in rotation and axially by said deformed areas of the rim.
WHEEL AND RIM WITH WEIGHT REDUCTION SOCKETS
A wheel and a rim with weight reduction sockets are provided. The rim is made of an aluminum alloy and includes an inner flange, a middle portion and an outer flange, the inner flange, middle portion and outer flange are all annular and are connected end to end to form a cylindrical rim, in which weight reduction sockets are provided on the outer surface of the middle portion of the rim; the weight reduction sockets are rectangular ones, and are arranged in lattices in turn; and 3-5 rows of weight reduction sockets are arranged annularly on the outer surface of the middle portion of the rim.
WHEEL AND RIM WITH WEIGHT REDUCTION SOCKETS
A wheel and a rim with weight reduction sockets are provided. The rim includes an inner flange, a middle portion and an outer flange, the inner flange, middle portion and outer flange are all annular and are connected end to end to form a cylindrical rim, in which the middle portion of the rim includes weight reduction sockets; and the weight reduction sockets are of regular hexagons, and are arranged adjacently on the outer side of the middle portion of the rim in the shape of a honeycomb. The weight of the hub is reduced by designing the weight reduction sockets in a specific shape for the outer rim of the hub and selecting the size of the weight reduction sockets.
Vehicle wheel
Provided is a vehicle wheel. The vehicle wheel disclosed herein includes a disc member to which an axle is connected, and a rim portion connected to the disc member and on which a tire is mounted. The rim portion includes a first tire mounting portion connected to the disc member and including a first bead seat coming into contact with an outer bead of the tire, a second tire mounting portion located including a second bead seat coming into contact with an inner bead of the tire, and a well portion including an outer well portion extending from the first tire mounting portion, and an inner well portion configured to connect the outer well portion to the second tire mounting portion, and wherein a thickness is formed to be thinner in an order of the outer well portion, the second bead seat, and the inner well portion.
WHEEL APPARATUS FOR USE WITH VEHICLES
Wheel apparatus for use with vehicles are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a wheel for a vehicle. The wheel has a groove disposed on an annular wall adjacent a drop well and extending away from the drop well. The example apparatus also includes a ring positioned in the groove.
