The invention is a bicycle drive assembly and it generally includes a drive chain, a drive wheel including a hub, a frame including left and right chainstays, each having a raced bearing, a cassette assembly, and an axle assembly. The cassette assembly includes a body having an inner end rotatably mounted on the right chainstay bearing, an outer free end, and a cassette including a plurality of sprockets. Cooperative torque-transferring components transfer torque between cassette and body, body and axle, and axle and hub. A freewheel mechanism, as one of the cooperative torque-transferring components, allows the bicycle to coast. A drive axle is selectably movable axially between a riding position, wherein it is rotatably mounted on the chainstay bearings and supports and drives the wheel, and a release position wherein the wheel is removable.

A modular chassis is provided for an off-road vehicle to improve assembly, servicing, and repairing of a drivetrain of the off-road vehicle. The modular chassis includes a chassis to support components of the off-road vehicle. A front frame module couples with a front of the chassis, and a rear frame module couples with a rear of the chassis. The front frame module supports lower suspension arms of the off-road vehicle by way of inboard bushing joints. The front frame module supports at least a steering gear and a front differential of the off-road vehicle. The rear frame module is a tube-frame structure that supports components of the off-road vehicle. A lower portion of the rear frame module extends rearward and acutely upward to a top frame member that couples with upper side portions of the chassis. Several cross-members impart structural integrity to the rear frame module.

BRAKE ROTORS FOR BICYCLES

Brake rotors for bicycles are described herein. An example brake rotor for a bicycle includes a carrier to be coupled to a hub of the bicycle. The brake rotor also includes a brake track having braking surfaces to be engaged by brake pads. The brake track is disposed radially outward of the carrier. The brake track has a first thickness and the carrier has a second thickness greater than the first thickness. The brake track is coupled to the carrier such that the brake track is axially movable relative to the carrier while being radially and circumferentially constrained relative to the carrier.

A training wheel assembly includes an assembly frame and a training wheel rotatably attached to the assembly frame. The training wheel has a wheel axle extending therefrom and defining an axis about which the training wheel rotates, and an annular hub concentric with the wheel axle and rotationally fixed therewith. A plurality of successive ratcheted teeth facing the assembly frame form a circumferential inner edge of the wheel. An elastically deflectable tongue is attached to the assembly frame and is selectively extendible into a rotational path of motion of the ratcheted teeth, whereby upon rotation of the training wheel with respect to the assembly frame about the axis, contact of the elastically deflectable tongue with successive teeth of the plurality of ratcheted teeth generates an audible sound indicating that the training wheel is rotating.
