Hub system and vehicle

A hub system includes a hub shaft; a driving member and a hub shell mounted with respect to the hub shaft. A brake shoe is arranged for engaging the hub shell to temporarily be coupled with said hub shell and a brake anchor is arranged to be attached to a frame and a coupling element is arranged for enabling coupling between the driving member and the hub shell in a first position, and for enabling coupling between the brake anchor and the hub shell in a second position. The hub shaft is rotationally coupled to the brake shoe in one rotational direction at a first location located at a first lateral side of the driving member, and to the brake anchor in one rotational direction at a second location located at a second lateral side of the driving member and opposite of the first lateral side of said driving member.

BICYCLE HUB KIT

A bicycle hub kit has a shaft, a hub body surrounding the shaft, a driver disposed to a first end of the hub body, a connecting arm disposed to a second end of the hub body, a clutch sleeve disposed inside the hub body, a braking base surrounding and fixed to the shaft, a spring set disposed between the clutch sleeve and the braking base, at least one brake pad disposed between an internal peripheral surface of the hub body and outer peripheries of the clutch sleeve and the braking base. The clutch sleeve has a disengagement segment and a braking segment connected to the driver via a threaded engagement. A sprocket connected to the driver can be alternated between a braking sprocket and a one-way sprocket to transform the bicycle hub kit to be with or without function of a coaster brake.

WHEEL HUB UNIT

A wheel hub unit comprises a wheel hub body (100, 200), a first tapered roller bearing (101, 201) and a second tapered roller bearing (102, 202). Two bearings are oppositely disposed in the wheel hub body (100, 200). A bearing bush (104) or a shaft sleeve (204) is sleeved in the inner rings of the first tapered roller bearing (101, 201) and that of the second tapered roller bearing (102, 202), so as to form a rolling and sliding bearing, and the high strength load is effectively absorbed. A seal element is disposed between the outside end of the bearing and the wheel hub body (100, 200) to form the integral type independent seal. The problem that the inner rings of the bearings are exchanged and assembled in a mixed way during the assembly process is avoided, and the efficiency and accuracy of assembly are improved.

A bicycle hub kit has a hub body, a driver disposed to a first end of the hub body, a sprocket connected to the driver, a clutch sleeve disposed inside the hub body and connected to the driver, and a shaft kit. The shaft kit includes a shaft body, an end base fixed to the shaft body, a ball retainer sleeved on the end base and supporting between the hub body and the end base, and a positioning kit disposed between the end base and the clutch sleeve. The positioning kit can be selected from a sleeve positioning kit and a braking positioning kit. The shaft kit can be detached from the hub body for replacing the positioning kit to transform the bicycle hub kit between with and without a coaster brake.

Integrated axle assembly and structural assembly

Provided discloses an integrated axle assembly and structural assembly. The integrated axle assembly comprises an axle tube assembly extending in a first direction; a front support arm extending circumferentially from the axle tube assembly in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction for attachment to the frame; a rear support arm extending circumferentially from the axle tube assembly in a third direction away from the second direction for mounting a resilient assembly; and a brake base plate extending in a peripheral direction from the circumference of the axle tube assembly; the axle tube assembly, front bracket arm, rear bracket arm and brake base plate are molded in one piece, which improves the assembly efficiency.

Motorcycle wheel size adapter

A motorcycle wheel adapter includes a metal tube; a sprocket mounting plate joined to the metal tube near one end; a brake assembly mounting plate joined to the metal tube near another end; and a wheel mounting plate joined to the metal tube in between. The wheel mounting plate is closer to the brake assembly mounting plate than to the sprocket mounting plate. The tube has a first end, a second end, and a longitudinally formed bore. The sprocket mounting plate, the brake assembly mounting plate, and the wheel mounting plate have evenly spaced holes around their perimeters. A rear wheel assembly includes a sprocket, a wheel, a brake drum, and the motorcycle wheel adapter. The motorcycle wheel adapter converts the motorcycle from a narrow, tube type, spoked motorcycle wheel to a more offroad-capable and reliable ATV style tire and wheel allows for more reliability, easier repairs, and more traction.

ADJUSTABLE FREEWHEEL HUB ASSEMBLY

An adjustable freewheel hub assembly has a hub component, a coaster brake mechanism, and an adjusting switch. The hub component has an axle, a hub shell, a helix hub driver, and a sprocket. The helix hub driver has a pawl groove and a first engaging notch formed on its periphery. The sprocket is sheathed onto the helix hub driver, is hollow, and has a ratchet teeth construction formed on an inner wall of the sprocket and a second engaging notch. The coaster brake mechanism is disposed in the hub shell and is drivable by the helix hub driver. By the adjusting switch engaged in or detached from the first engaging notch and the second engaging notch, the freewheel hub assembly can be adjusted between a fixed-gear mode and a single-speed mode to have different functions.
