BICYCLE WHEEL HUB
A freewheel hub for a bicycle is presented. The freewheel hub may include a hub axle, a hub sleeve which is mounted rotatably on the hub axle, and a driver which is mounted rotatably on the hub axle and can be connected to at least one sprocket arrangement. A freewheel device may be arranged between the hub sleeve and the driver. The free wheel device may include a first clutch ring, which is coupled or couplable to the hub sleeve in a torque-transmitting manner, a second clutch ring, which is coupled or couplable to the driver in a torque-transmitting manner. The two clutch rings have mutually facing axial toothings and a preload device which is designed and arranged to preload the two clutch rings axially towards one another, wherein the preload device has a spring arrangement with at least one spring element made of a plastic with a cellular structure.
BICYCLE HUB STRUCTURE
A bicycle hub structure has a hub seat, an interlocking ring, a chainring seat, a shaft sleeve and a one-way bearing. The assembling space of the hub seat is installed with the interlocking ring by screw locking, and the chamber of the chainring seat is also screwed with the shaft sleeve. In particular, the inner surface of the interlocking ring and the control section of the shaft sleeve have been treated with special surface treatments to strengthen the hardness, which not only retaining the lightweight effect of the hub seat and the chainring seat and locally increasing the strength and hardness of the structure to avoid being scratched and worn by the one-way bearing. As result, a more stable transmission state is achieved and the durability of the structure is improved.
BICYCLE HUB APPARATUS
A bicycle hub apparatus may include a hub body and a freewheel body, and a first driving ring, a second driving ring, and third driving ring are sequentially located between the hub body and the freewheel body. The second driving ring is coupled inside the first driving ring to rotate around a shaft of the hub body simultaneously. A second lateral surface of the second driving ring facing to the third driving ring has a plurality of first engaging teeth, and a plurality of second engaging teeth protruding from a first surface of the third driving ring which faces to the second driving ring is configured to engage with the first engaging teeth of the second driving ring. The number of the second engaging teeth is a multiple of the first engaging teeth, to improve the engagement between the first engaging teeth and the second engaging teeth.
A FLUID MOTOR AND A FLUID PUMP
A fluid machine for a pneumatic or hydraulic drive system, said fluid machine being able to work as a fluid motor or as a fluid pump, comprising: at least two piston assemblies each comprising a piston means (110a-c), the at least two piston assemblies being operable to cause sequential reciprocating movement of the pistons means (110a-c); a drive member (120) rotatable about an axis and providing an annular, wave-like surface (122) extending at least partially radially to the axis, towards which the piston means (110a-c) project, wherein, in case of working as a fluid motor, the pistons means (110a-c) are arranged to drive rotation of the drive member (120) about the axis at least by a pushing action on said wave-like surface (122) or, in the case of working as a fluid pump, the piston means (110a-c) are arranged to cooperate with said wave-like surface (122) so that rotation of the drive member (120) drives sequential reciprocating motion of the piston means (110a-c).
BICYCLE RATCHET HUB ASSEMBLY WITHOUT RESILIENT PART
A bicycle ratchet hub assembly includes a ratchet unit and a damping unit located between the hub and the socket unit. The ratchet unit has a ratchet ring in the hub. Multiple recesses are defined in the seat and each have a pawl pivotably located therein. The damping unit is located between the axle and the hub, and includes a damping member which has slots defined therein. A pin protrudes from each of the pawls and movably extends through the corresponding slot. By the damping feature of the damping member, the damping member delays a period of time to begin to rotate, and the pins of the pawls move in the slots and the pawls are pivoted outward to be engaged with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet unit without using any resilient part. A magnetic driving device located in the hub to attract the pawls to be pivoted outward.
Drive assembly for a bicycle
The invention is a bicycle drive assembly and it generally includes a drive chain, a drive wheel including a hub, a frame including left and right chainstays, each having a raced bearing, a cassette assembly, and an axle assembly. The cassette assembly includes a body having an inner end rotatably mounted on the right chainstay bearing, an outer free end, and a cassette including a plurality of sprockets. Cooperative torque-transferring components transfer torque between cassette and body, body and axle, and axle and hub. A freewheel mechanism, as one of the cooperative torque-transferring components, allows the bicycle to coast. A drive axle is selectably movable axially between a riding position, wherein it is rotatably mounted on the chainstay bearings and supports and drives the wheel, and a release position wherein the wheel is removable.
