In a heavy duty orbital caster assembly that includes a rotatable wheel unit joined to a transfer plate that pivots about a mounting post extending from a mounting plate adapted to be secured to the bottom surface of an object, the improvement comprising a pair of roller bearing assemblies that extend upwardly from the upper surface of the transfer plate adjacent to the caster wheel post as it extends through its bearing. The rollers impinge on the lower surface of the mounting plate, and serve to transfer some of the load of the supported object directly to the caster wheel, enabling the support of very heavy loads.

A work vehicle includes a vehicle frame, a rotating connection unit provided in the vehicle frame, and a caster assembly connected to the rotating connection unit. The rotating connection unit includes a housing sleeve, a swivel post, a first bearing and a second bearing supporting the swivel post to be rotatable within the housing sleeve, and a rotation stopper disposed between the swivel post and the housing sleeve to stop rotation of the swivel post. The caster assembly includes a caster wheel, and a caster bracket connected to the swivel post to rotatably support the caster wheel.

A pallet moving system includes a pallet dolly puller, and a pallet dolly with a guiding structure thereon permitting and facilitating the blind engagement and disengagement of the dolly puller to the pallet. The dolly puller includes caster wheels, a handle, and at least one projecting portion configured to mateably couple with recessed portions on the underside of the pallet dolly in order that the pallet dolly may be moved and readily re-positioned even in confined spaces.

A removable transport caster assembly secured to side to side beams or front to back beams in a data center cabinet in a data center. The removable transport caster assembly is temporarily installed on the cabinet to enable the cabinet to be relocated to another location in the data center. The removable transport caster assembly includes a transport caster and a transport caster bracket secured to the transport caster. The transport caster has a mounting plate, a mounting bracket extending from the mounting plate, a lifting plate pivotally connected to the mounting plate, a lifting lever pivotally connected to the mounting bracket and a wheel assembly. The transport caster bracket secures the transport caster to the cabinet when relocation of the cabinet is desired.

A trailer for a motor vehicle includes a bed, a trailer tongue, a tongue frame, and a plurality of swivel frames. The bed has a front end and a rear end, and is configured to receive a load to be transported by the trailer. The trailer tongue is configured to be rigidly coupled to a hitch, wherein the hitch is rigidly affixed to a motor vehicle. The tongue frame operable couples the trailer tongue to the bed proximate the front end in a laterally rigid manner, such that the bed is substantially inhibited from lateral movement with respect to the hitch. Each of the plurality of swivel frames is operably rotatably coupled to the bed, and includes at least one wheel rotatably attached thereto.

A resilient caster guide includes a mounting flange configured to be received against a wall of a galley cart storage compartment. A flexible alignment element angularly extends from the mounting flange into the storage compartment. The flexible alignment element is configured to contact a caster extending from a base of a galley cart received in the storage compartment and to resiliently deform to maintain longitudinal alignment of the caster.

A height adjustable support comprising a three-sided support channel, a cylindrical support post positioned within the support channel and at least one saddle brace positioned within the support channel and to partially surround the cylindrical support post. In the present invention, the downward force resulting from the weight of the equipment results in static friction between the saddle brace and the cylindrical support post that is sufficient to hold the equipment surface at a desired height. The casters are mounted to a bottom of the baby fence. The foot members are removably mounted to the bottom of the baby fence. A roller structure and method of using the same are introduced. The roller structure includes a first sleeve having a mounting portion for mounting a roller portion and a first connection portion for mounting a carried object, wherein the roller portion is disposed at the mounting portion; and a positioning element disposed at the first sleeve and the roller portion to cause the roller portion to rotate relative to the mounting portion. The roller structure can be conveniently and quickly amounted on the carried object, roller frame or circuit board such that roller structure gets standardized and modularized to serve an industrial purpose and provides rollers rotatable in all directions and suitable for use in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes and automated assembly operation.
