Mounting structure for caster
A caster mounting portion has a mounting member housing portion which houses the mounting member, the mounting member has a rotary shaft portion which is pivotally supported in a bearing recessed portion in the mounting member housing portion, an abutment body in which the rotary shaft portion is provided at an eccentric position and which is displaced by rotation to be widened to close the inside of the mounting member housing portion, an upper locking piece which engages with a locking receiving portion of an opposed wall, a lower locking piece which abuts against the bottom face of a latching portion, and a locking stepped portion which is urged by a leading end of an elastic arm, climbing over the aforementioned latching portion, and engages with the latching portion.
Caster attachment system using mating features
A caster assembly for installation in an electronic equipment enclosure includes a top plate, a forked support member, and an axled wheel. The top plate is attachable to a frame structure of the electronic equipment enclosure and includes a plurality of countersunk recesses. The forked support member extends downward from the top plate, and the axled wheel is supported on the forked support member. The caster assembly is installable in an assembled electronic equipment enclosure by aligning the countersunk recesses of the top plate beneath mating features at an underside of the frame structure such that, once aligned, the weight of the assembled electronic equipment enclosure retains each mating feature of the frame structure within a respective one of the plurality of countersunk recesses in the top plate, thereby retaining the caster assembly in position to support the assembled electronic equipment enclosure.
A SPACING BAR OF A WHEELCHAIR FRAME
A spacing bar of a wheelchair frame comprising an elongated structural body having a pair of opposite ends, each of the opposite ends having a C-shaped clamp configured for being clamped to respective lateral frame members of the wheelchair frame, wherein the elongated structural body and the C-shaped clamps are integrally made of a monocoque composite construction, and a tightening assembly for each of the C-shaped clamps, the tightening assemblies being arranged in the spacing bar to loosen and tighten the C- shaped clamps to the respective lateral frame members. A wheelchair frame comprising: a pair of lateral frame members configured to support at least a seat, and front and rear wheel units, the lateral frame members each having an elongated frame portion in a seating zone of the wheelchair frame, and a spacing bar having an elongated structural body and a pair of opposite ends, each of the opposite ends having a connector configured for being clamped to a respective one of the lateral frame member of the wheelchair frame, wherein each of the connectors forms a joint with the respective one of the elongated frame portions constraining the spacing bar to movement of the spacing bar axially along the pair of the elongated frame portion, a tightening assembly for each of the connectors, the tightening assemblies being arranged in the spacing bar to loosen and tighten the connectors to block or allow movement of the spacing bar along the pair of the lateral frame members
Folding type collapsible wagon
A folding type collapsible wagon comprises a frame assembly, a tow bar assembly and wheels, wherein the tow bar assembly is arranged in front of the frame assembly, and each side frame comprises coplanar X-shaped cross tube assemblies. Each coplanar X-shaped cross tube assembly comprises a first oblique tube, two second oblique tubes and a hollow seat, wherein a first strip opening is formed in the middle of the hollow seat in the front-back direction, tube connectors are oppositely arranged at the front end and the rear end of the hollow seat in the vertical direction respectively, the first oblique tube penetrates through the first strip opening and is hinged to the middle of the first strip opening at the center through a hinge shaft, the two second oblique tubes are mounted in the tube connectors at the front end and the rear end of the hollow seat respectively, the two second oblique tubes are arranged in parallel and intersect with the first oblique tube in an X shape, and the first oblique tube, the two second oblique tubes and the hollow seat are all located on the same plane. The folding type collapsible wagon provided by the present disclosure is high in space utilization rate and attractive.
FOLDABLE CHAIR HAVING LEG STRENGTHENING MEANS
A foldable chair includes a chair body having two front legs, two rear legs connected pivotally to the two front legs; a seat disposed on the chair body; a backrest disposed on the chair body so as to be located above the seat; four leg support elements attached respectively to bottom ends of the two front legs and the two rear legs; four casters attached respectively to bottom sides of the leg support elements; two reinforcing plates attached respectively to inner sides of the two front legs and spaced at a predetermined distance from the leg support elements; and two strengthening rigs attached respectively to the two front legs and extending into the front and rear legs to an extent beyond bottom ends so as to be located between the reinforcing plates and the leg support elements, thereby strengthening the front and rear legs.
FLEXIBLE GALLEY CART CASTER GUIDES
A resilient caster guide includes a mounting flange configured to be received against a wall of a galley cart storage compartment. A flexible alignment element angularly extends from the mounting flange into the storage compartment. The flexible alignment element is configured to contact a caster extending from a base of a galley cart received in the storage compartment and to resiliently deform to maintain longitudinal alignment of the caster.
Height adjustable support for food processing equipment
A height adjustable support comprising a three-sided support channel, a cylindrical support post positioned within the support channel and at least one saddle brace positioned within the support channel and to partially surround the cylindrical support post. In the present invention, the downward force resulting from the weight of the equipment results in static friction between the saddle brace and the cylindrical support post that is sufficient to hold the equipment surface at a desired height. The height adjustable support may be implemented into hygienically designed food processing equipment to eliminate undesirable bacteria harboring surfaces and to improve height adjustability of the equipment.
STABILIZER WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND METHODS OF USE
Included is a stabilizer wheel assembly that may assist in stabilizing a medical device during a medical procedure. A medical device may comprise a body; and a plurality of stabilizer wheel assemblies coupled to the body, wherein the stabilizer wheel assemblies each comprise a motor assembly and a stabilization leg, wherein the motor assembly is configured to drive the stabilization leg onto a contact surface to stabilize the body.
PERSONAL TRANSPORTER
An object of the invention is to provide a personal mobility that is able to turn by movement of the gravitational center of a passenger, without individually controlling each motor that drives the left and right wheels, and without using any special parts. The personal transporter includes left and right driving wheels (21) as front wheels, left and right casters (22) as rear wheels, and two motors (31) for independently driving the left and right driving wheels (21). By giving a camber angle, in which an upper part inclines inward when viewed from the front, with respect to the left and right casters (22), the torque or the applied voltage of the two motors (31) is the same, the caster (22) rotates in the direction of movement of gravitational center to act as a steering wheel, and it is possible to turn a personal transporter in the movement direction of the gravitational center.
