WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND A SKATEBOARD WITH A WHEEL ASSEMBLY
A wheel assembly including a bearing at least partially rotatable about a bearing axis; a frame configured for mounting to the bearing to rotate about the bearing axis; an axle mounted to the frame; at least one wheel mounted on the axle to rotate about a wheel axis; and the frame includes a supporting lip on which the bearing is supportable in use. In one aspect, the invention includes a wheel assembly. The wheel assembly incudes a bearing at least partially rotatable about a bearing axis. The wheel assembly includes a frame configured for mounting to the bearing to rotate about the bearing axis. The wheel assembly further includes an axle mounted to the frame. Further, the wheel assembly includes at least one wheel mounted on the axle to rotate about a wheel axis. The frame includes a supporting lip on which the bearing is supportable in use.
Wheelchair caster assembly
A caster assembly for a wheelchair comprises a stem having a frame clamp at a first end and a fork clamp at a second end, the frame clamp configured to form a frame joint with at least one rotational degree of freedom with a frame portion of the wheelchair, a tightening of the frame clamp securing the stem to the frame portion, the frame joint having a frame rotational axis. A fork unit has a fork portion and a caster rotatably supported by the fork portion, the fork unit having swivel mechanism, and a joint portion forming a rotational joint with the fork clamp of the stem, a tightening of the fork clamp blocking rotation of the rotational joint, the rotational joint having a fork rotational axis. A vector of the fork rotational axis is normal to a fork rotational plane in which the fork rotates relative to the stem, and further wherein the frame rotational axis is not parallel to the fork rotational plane.
Shockproof caster
A shockproof caster has a shaft coupling base, a shock-absorbing mechanism and two casters. The shock-absorbing mechanism is disposed in parallel with the shaft coupling base, and the two casters are respectively mounted on the shock-absorbing mechanism. The shock-absorbing mechanism includes: a base body; a connecting arm, with its one end rotatably mounted on the base body; a rotating base, rotatably mounted on the other end of the connecting arm; at least one limiting convex portion, configured on the base body, wherein the top of the limiting convex portion is optionally propped against the outer side of the connecting arm to limit the range of downward swing of the connecting arm; and a spring, configured between the base body and the rotating base.
MECHANICAL SYSTEM FOR STABILIZATION OF VEHICLES ON CASTORS
The present invention relates to a mechanical system for stabilization on the floor for vehicles on castors (for example a surgical assistance robot used in an operating room) that can adopt two stable states, i.e. disengaged, the vehicle resting on the castors, and activated, the vehicle being immobilized on the floor, respectively. According to the invention, the stabilization system comprises:feet for resting on the floor, movable between a first retracted position, at a distance from the floor, and a contact position ensuring the immobilization of the vehicle through mechanical friction against the floor;means for mechanically controlling said supporting feet, said control means being movable between two stable positions corresponding to the activated and disengaged states;mechanical means for transmitting the displacement of the control means simultaneously to all the supporting feet.
Removable casters
A removable caster system includes a roller, a roller frame and a roller seat, the roller being positioned on the frame via a horizontal axis, the frame being inserted into the vertical shaft hole of the seat through the vertical shaft to form a detachable position; wherein a chute is installed on the upper surface with a trapezoidal stopper; a wire retainer is placed in the chute and is controlled by the movement of its narrowing section or the vertical axis to achieve removable function.
SURGICAL ROBOTIC CART WITH SELECTIVE WHEEL ALIGNMENT
A mobile surgical robotic cart assembly includes a vertical column supporting a robotic arm thereon, a base, and a plurality of casters each having wheels and each being attached to the base thereby allowing the surgical robotic assembly to move. Each of the plurality of casters has a wheel alignment assembly configured to lock each of the respective wheels in a plurality of orientations.
Universal wheel assembly and smart cleaning device having same
Embodiments of the present application disclose a universal wheel assembly and a smart cleaning device having the same. The universal wheel assembly includes a rotating shaft support and a universal wheel support. The rotating shaft support is configured to be fixed to a predetermined mounting position. The universal wheel support is connected to the rotating shaft support and is rotatable relative to the rotating shaft support. The universal wheel support is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is used for a mounting tool to pass through to fix the rotating shaft support to the predetermined mounting position.
Caster unit and medical apparatus including same
A medical apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a medical device; and a plurality of caster units, disposed below the medical device, for supporting the medical device to be movable, wherein each of the plurality of caster units includes: a wheel part; and a shock absorbing member which is configured to support the wheel part and to absorb the shock applied to the wheel part, wherein the shock absorbing member includes: a wheel fixing member for fixing the wheel part; a body fixing member which surrounds the wheel fixing member and is fixed to the medical device; and a cushioning member which is disposed between the wheel fixing member and the body fixing member and is capable of elastic deformation, wherein the shock absorbing member includes: a first deforming part extending in the vertical direction; and a second deformation part extending, from an end of the first deformation part, in a direction different from the extending direction of the first deformation part.
Caster with a breaking unit
A caster includes a caster unit and at least one braking unit. The caster unit includes a receptacle, a wheel shaft disposed through the receptacle, a wheel assembly sleeved on the wheel shaft and rotatable relative to the receptacle, and a spring assembly which acts on the receptacle and the wheel shaft. The receptacle is movable relative to the wheel assembly in a vertical direction. The braking unit includes a surrounding teeth structure formed on the wheel assembly and having a hardness ranging from 65 to 75 on a Shore D scale, and a braking piece mounted on the receptacle. The braking piece includes a braking surface in form of a curve surface having a hardness ranging from 40 to 46 on the Shore D scale to be engaged with the surrounding teeth structure to retard rotation of the wheel assembly.
