Vertically adjustable caster wheel
A caster wheel assembly for an industrial vehicle comprising a lower housing connected to a wheel, an upper housing connectable to the industrial vehicle, and an inner alignment post disposed within the lower and upper housings. The upper housing is at least partially disposed within the lower housing. Rotation of the inner alignment post relative to the upper housing adjusts vertical displacement of the lower housing relative to the upper housing.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
A sheet processing apparatus for processing a sheet includes a conveying path in which a sheet is conveyed; a setting portion including an opening formed in a cover, a setting face supporting a lower face of a sheet bundle inserted through the opening from an outside of the sheet processing apparatus, and a regulating face which regulates a position of the sheet bundle; a stack portion on which sheets are stacked; a binding unit which is configured to bind a sheet bundle set on a sheet setting area; and a punching unit being configured to be movable in the sheet width direction, the punching unit including a punching portion which forms a punch hole. In the sheet width direction, the sheet setting area is arranged as being overlapped with a moving area of an end of the one side of the punching unit in the sheet width direction.
Sheet processing apparatus and image forming system having the same
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a stack portion on which sheets conveyed by the conveying portion are stacked, a first regulating portion regulating a position of a sheet bundle stacked on the stack portion in a crossing direction, a second regulating portion regulating a position of a sheet bundle on the stack portion in a conveying direction, a first binding device moved in the crossing direction and binding a corner portion of a sheet bundle by a staple, a second binding device binding a corner portion of a sheet bundle without a staple, and a controller positioning the first binding device and binding a corner portion of a sheet bundle by the first binding device. The controller also moves the second binding device and binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle without a staple by the second binding device.
Wheel connecting structure and baby carrier
The present disclosure relates to a wheel connecting structure and a baby carrier. The wheel connecting structure includes a fixed base, a rotatable base, a rotating shaft and an anti-swing member. The rotatable base is rotatably connected to the fixed base by the rotating shaft. The anti-swing member has an abutting portion. The anti-swing member is arranged on one of the fixed base and the rotatable base, and the abutting portion abuts against the other of the fixed base and the rotatable base. The abutting portion is provided with a lubricating structure.
Rear axle steering system and methods of using the same
The disclosure relates to a steering system useful for providing stable control during rear axle steering of harvesters, such as self-propelled windrowers. The steering system utilizes a single steering cylinder and retracted caster cylinders to regulate rotation of the casters during rear axle road operation mode. The steering system locks the steering cylinder and uses the caster cylinders for damping during in-field operation mode.
Wheel alignment for line striper
A line striper comprises a sprayer secured to a frame, and a guided wheel assembly rotatably mounted to the frame. The guided wheel assembly includes an adjustment disk with screw notches along its outer diameter, an alignment plate coaxially surrounding and abutting the adjustment disk, alignment screws threaded through the alignment plate to engage screw notches on the adjustment disk, and an antirotation lock. The screws set a rotational alignment of the alignment plate relative to the adjustment disk, and the adjustment disk is coupled via a spindle axle to a guide wheel. The antirotation lock engages a locking feature on the alignment plate, thereby fixing the orientation of the guide wheel relative to the wheeled frame at an angle determined by the rotational alignment.
Single wheel caster
The invention relates to a single wheel caster with a support element including a top element and a base element which includes at least one support arm, wherein the base element receives at least one hub for a wheel, wherein a thread protector is arranged on the hub, wherein a fixation device is arranged between the wheel and the support element. It is an object of the invention to provide a novel single wheel caster with substantially reduced assembly complexity. The object is achieved in that the locking device is arranged without additional fastening elements in an interior of the support element between at least one inner surface of the support element and at least on contact surface arranged rotationally fixated at the wheel, wherein the contact surface firmly contacts the locking device when the caster is assembled.
Wheelchair for specialized sports applications
A wheelchair can comprise: a frame comprising an upper portion and a lower portion that is coupled to the upper portion so that the upper portion is vertically adjustable with respect to the lower portion. A pair of drive wheels can be coupled to the frame. A plurality (e.g., a pair) of casters are coupled to the frame. Each caster can have a respective swivel axis. At least one caster of the plurality of casters can be configured to be locked to prevent swiveling about its respective swivel axis and unlocked to enable swiveling about its respective swivel axis.
Patient transport apparatus having caster assembly biasing mechanisms
A patient transport apparatus including a support structure movable between a chair configuration for traversing floor surfaces and a stowed configuration for storage. A seat section is pivotably coupled to the support structure. A caster assembly includes a pin coupled to the support structure and defining a swivel axis, a caster frame arranged to pivot about the swivel axis between a plurality of caster orientations, a wheel coupled to the caster frame and arranged for engagement with the floor in the chair configuration, and a biasing mechanism interposed between the caster frame and the pin. The biasing mechanism urges the caster frame toward a stowed caster orientation in response to disengagement between the wheel and floor surfaces occurring as the support structure moves from the chair configuration to the stowed configuration.
Changeable wheel track mechanism for track width adjustment
State of the art track width adjustment mechanism fail to support track width adjustment while vehicle is in motion. They also require manual intervention, which causes inconvenience. The disclosure herein generally relates to wheel track adjustment, and, more particularly, to a changeable wheel track mechanism for track width adjustment (referred to as TWA mechanism). The TWA mechanism includes a steer and drive unit, a plurality of links, and a sliding unit. The TWA mechanism allows movement of a wheel in inward and outward directions, causing the track width adjustment. The track width is achieved by changing the wheel position to be at a wider position, or a narrower position, or any intermediate position. The TWA mechanism may be associated with any vehicle for which the track width adjustment is to be achieved.
