The third wall portion extends between the first and the second wall portions to meet the first wall portion at a first corner portion and the second wall portion at a second corner portion. The fourth wall portion extends between the first and the second wall portions to meet the first wall portion at a third corner portion and the second wall portion at a fourth corner portion. The second thickness of the second corner portion and the third thickness of the third corner portion are greater than each of the first thickness of the first corner portion and the fourth thickness of the fourth corner portion.

A twist axle assembly (20) of a vehicle includes a pair of trailing arms (22) and a twist beam (24) extending along an axis (A) between first and second twist beam ends (26, 28). The twist axle assembly (20) further includes a bushing (38) interconnected to each one of the first and second twist beam ends (26, 28) and a respective trailing arm (22) for establishing a weld-less N joint between the twist beam (24) and the trailing arm (24). In an embodiment, the twist beam (24) and bushings (38) are tubular, and the bushings (38) are press-fit or molded onto the respective first or second twist beam ends (36, 38). In a further embodiment, the trailing arms (26) define an orifice (40) aligned on the axis (A), and the tubular bushings (38) are press-fit into the orifices (40) of the trailing arms (26) to establish the weld-less joint.

A mobilization device adapted to be attached to a piece of conveying equipment such as a gurney. The device includes a base. The coupling structure is connected with the base for supporting at least a portion of the conveying equipment. The device also includes a wheel assembly that is sized to hold the wheels of the conveying equipment off of the ground. The wheel assemblies of the device are used to move the conveying equipment and include tires having a relatively larger height and width to aid in increasing the mobility of the conveying equipment.

A vehicle suspension assembly includes providing an axle assembly having a first end including a first mounting structure and a second end, providing a first bearing block and a second bearing block, forming a first aperture in the first bearing block and a second aperture in the second bearing block, attaching the first and second bearing blocks to the first mounting structure subsequent to forming the first and second apertures; and providing a first spindle assembly coupled to the first mounting structure by a first spherical bearing located within the first aperture and a second spherical bearing located within the second aperture, wherein a first kingpin assembly extends through the first and second spherical bearings, thereby coupling the first spindle with the first mounting structure.
