Some embodiments relate to a vehicle corner module (VCM) connectable to a VCM-connection interface of a reference-frame of a vehicle platform (e.g. for regulating motion of a vehicle). Some embodiments relate to a multi-interface connection-element for connection of multiple electronic or flow vehicle subsystems of a vehicle to a Vehicle Corner Module (VCM). Related methods are disclosed herein.

Wheel speed sensing system

A wheel speed sensing system for a work vehicle having an engine, a transmission, a differential, and an axle, defining a central longitudinal axis and coupled to the differential. The wheel speed sensing system includes a sensor target disposed at the axle and a sensor configured to transmit a sensor signal, wherein the sensor is located adjacently to the sensor target. The sensor target includes a plurality of step splines each having a top surface and first and second planar sidewalls. The sidewalls of the step splines are aligned along a radius extending from the central longitudinal axis, such that the sides are undercut with respect to the top surface. An intersection of each of the sidewalls with the top surface defines an edge forming a relatively sharp transition configured to be sensed by the sensor. A chamfer at the intersection of the sidewalls and the top surface is also contemplated.

DRIVE AXLE ASSEMBLY
20230123906 · 2023-04-20 ·

A drive axle assembly which increases a maximum bending angle by improving a structure of a shaft bearing supported by a drive shaft and makes an assembly structure compact. The drive axle assembly is preferably configured to include, a wheel bearing assembled to an axle housing, a boot having a large diameter portion of one end connected to an outer ring of the wheel bearing, a drive shaft having an orbit formed along a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential surface, and a shaft bearing assembled between a small diameter portion of the other end of the boot and the drive shaft, and configured to restrict the rotation of the boot as a rolling element is rotated along the orbit.

SYSTEMS FOR AXLE ARM

Systems are provided for an axle arm including a lubricant reservoir and a driveshaft. In one example, system may include a lubricant reservoir of an axle arm comprising a fill line at an edge of a driveshaft, wherein a central axis of the lubricant reservoir is misaligned with a central axis of the driveshaft.

Axle assembly for driving wheel of vehicle

An axle assembly for a driving wheel of a vehicle allows a wheel-side joint and a shaft to be rotated separately from a boot while driving so as to prevent generation of friction noise of the boot. The axle assembly includes the shaft rotated by receiving driving force from a powertrain; an axle housing disposed to pass through a center of a steering knuckle connected to a steering apparatus; a wheel bearing mounted between the steering knuckle and the axle housing; a joint bearing mounted on an outer part of the shaft; and a boot unit configured to have a first end coupled to an outer race of the joint bearing and a second end coupled to an outer race of the wheel bearing so as to form a space filled with a lubricant outside the shaft.
