To provide a water in oil type emulsion cosmetic capable of obtaining a smooth and fresh sensation of use, and has superior emulsion stability. A water in oil type emulsion cosmetic contains (A) cetyl PEG/PPG 10-1 dimethicone; (B) silicone wax; (C) polyethylene glycol; and (D) a polar oil.

The present disclosure provides solid molded formulations comprising an emulsion gel comprising a gel matrix, water and lipophilic droplets comprising one or more emulsifiers and lipophilic material, the lipophilic droplets being dispersed within the gel matrix, wherein the gel matrix is formed of at least one gel forming material that is water insoluble at a temperature below 40° C.; the at least one gel forming material is present at a concentration higher than 1% by weight out of the total weight of the solid molded composition; the lipophilic material is present at a concentration of at least 5% by weight out of the total weight of the solid molded composition; at least 80% of the emulsifiers are solid at room temperature; and the said at least one gel forming material, one or more emulsifiers, lipophilic material and water provide together said solid molded composition with a discrete shape that is deformable upon shearing against a surface. Also disclosed are methods of producing the formulations.

An oil-in-water-type emulsion cosmetic comprising (1) water, (2) an organic UV filter, (3) a thermo-thickening polymer and (4) an anionic surfactant, wherein component (3) is (3a) a cellulosic thermo-thickening polymer or (3b) a triblock polyoxyalky-lene-based thermo-thickening polymer, and component (4) is selected from an alkyl phosphoric acid ester of 12 to 22 carbon atoms, an amide of alkylcarboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms and an amino acid, and a monoester of a polycarboxylic acid and a glyceride of an alkylcarboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms.

An oil-in-water-type emulsion cosmetic comprising (1) water, (2) an organic UV filter, (3) a thermo-thickening polymer and (4) an anionic surfactant, wherein component (3) is (3a) a cellulosic thermo-thickening polymer or (3b) a triblock polyoxyalky-lene-based thermo-thickening polymer, and component (4) is selected from an alkyl phosphoric acid ester of 12 to 22 carbon atoms, an amide of alkylcarboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms and an amino acid, and a monoester of a polycarboxylic acid and a glyceride of an alkylcarboxylic acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms.

A cosmetic product, system and method that creates a temporary, semipermanent, stubble-like appearance to bald or balding areas of the human head and face where facial hair typically grows. The bald or balding areas are covered in an oil to accept a pigment material, such as activated charcoal, applied to a desired area. The pigment material is then covered with a sealing agent and waterproofing agent to prevent smudging and enable the user to expose the covered area to water without losing the effect.
