SPLIT-TYPE HARD FRONT AXLE AND VEHICLE HAVING SAME
A split-type hard front axle includes an axle housing; an axle tube connected to the axle housing; an inner-C-forging connected to the axle tube and configured for connecting with a kingpin knuckle; and a connection structure cooperated with the inner-C-forgoing for detachably fixing the inner-C-forging on the axle tube. The axle tube includes a first angle adjustment structure. The inner-C-forging includes a second angle adjustment structure. A portion of the inner-C-forging is capable of deforming under a force exerted by the connection structure, to fix the inner-C-forging on the axle tube. The first angle adjustment structure is capable of cooperating with different portions of the second angle adjustment structure to make the inner-C-forging have different installation angles on the axle tube, and a caster to pinion angle is being different at inner-C-forging's different installation angles. A vehicle is also provided.
Emergency wheel
An attachment is provided for a vehicle wheel for enabling a driving operation with restricted tire functions. An attachment system may include such an attachment and a wheel disc of the vehicle wheel.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSISTING WHEEL ASSEMBLIES
A device and method for assisting a user in aircraft wheel assemblies is disclosed herein. The device enables a single user to readily connect two wheel sections in a split wheel assembly. The device is lightweight and reusable and preferably includes two bushings, two washers, a bolt, and a nut. After inserting the bolt through the wheel sections, a nut can be tightened, thereby creating a compressive force that compresses the bushings and the wheel sections together. While the wheel sections are compressed together, a plurality of tie bolts and tie nuts can be installed on the wheel sections to complete the wheel assembly.

DELTA WHEEL
A wheel for a vehicle comprises a rim to support a tire and a wheel disc connected to the rim and configured to engage an axle hub of a vehicle. The wheel disc comprises one or more spokes extending outwardly from a center section of the wheel disc to the rim, each spoke being formed by a substantially planar curbside spoke member and a substantially planar inside spoke member, The curbside and inside spoke members are oriented transversely to each other and to a portion of the center section lying between the curbside and inside spoke members to define a triangle. A plane of the triangle is substantially parallel to a center axis of symmetry of the disc.
Portable roadside assistant systems
A portable roadside assistant device; a system which includes a tool designed to ease the process of removing and changing a tire for any user. The present invention is superior to other systems in that it effectively automatically loosens and tightens lug nuts to assist users in changing a flat tire.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A ROAD WHEEL WITH GALVANIC CORROSION ISOLATION
A method of assembling a vehicle road wheel includes providing a tool fixture configured to support a press-fit load and arranging on the tool fixture an isolation plate defining a plate fastener aperture and having a locating projection. The method additionally includes arranging on the isolation plate a wheel subassembly having a hub surface and an opposing fastener surface and defining a hub aperture and a wheel fastener aperture, such that the hub surface rests against the isolation plate. The method also includes aligning the hub aperture with the locating projection and the wheel fastener aperture with the plate fastener aperture. The method additionally includes installing an insert into the wheel fastener aperture and engaging the insert with the plate fastener aperture. Furthermore, the method includes applying a load to the insert to press-fit the insert into the isolation plate at the plate fastener aperture and thereby assemble the wheel.
MODULAR DRIVE SYSTEM FOR A MACHINE
A modular drive system is disclosed. The modular drive system may include a motor assembly that includes a motor housing with a motor subassembly bolt pattern. The modular drive system may include a brake assembly that includes a brake housing with a brake subassembly bolt pattern. The modular drive system may include a final drive assembly that includes a final drive flange with a final drive subassembly bolt pattern.
MULTI-PART VEHICLE WHEEL WITH A SEAL
A vehicle wheel includes a wheel disk, a wheel rim, and at least one connection element that connects the wheel disk to the wheel rim. The connection element is guided through a passage in the wheel rim and is joined in the wheel disk. A seal is provided to hermetically seal the passage of the wheel rim. One or more such seal is arranged between a connection region of the wheel disk and a connection region of the wheel rim, wherein the seal surrounds the connection element in a contact-free manner.
REVERSIBLE MULTI-PIECE WHEELS FOR DIRECTIONAL TIRES
The technology provides a multi-piece wheel for a vehicle that is disassembled to laterally rotate directional tires without needing to dismount a tire from a rim. The multi-piece wheel includes a rim housing with threaded apertures provided at side edges proximate to an outboard flange and an inboard flange. The multi-piece wheel includes a face that is removably coupled to the rim housing, the face having a bore that centers the face on an axle hub, a disk that is concentric with the bore; and spokes that are mechanically coupled to the disk and extend outwardly therefrom, the spokes having apertures at an end opposite to the disk that align with the threaded apertures in the rim housing. The multi-piece wheel further includes a fastener that releasably couples the face and the rim housing and a secondary fastening mechanism that mechanically engages the spokes and the rim housing.
