WHEEL POSITIONING SURFACE CORRECTION DEVICE
Disclosed in the present disclosure is a wheel locating surface correction device, comprising a frame, a correction ring and a correction plate. The correction plate is provided above a wheel blank. The structure can correct the roundness of the radial positioning surface of the blank, and the flatness of the axial positioning surface of the blank before machining to improve the roundness of the blank rim, improving the wheel yield and the processing quality.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND STRUCTURE OF WHEEL RIM
The invention relates to a manufacturing method and a structure of a wheel rim. The manufacturing method mainly comprises the steps of forming a rim body made of a carbon fiber material in a cavity of a molding die; forming a rim assembly by extruding a metal material and assembling the rim assembly to the rim body; and forming a rim coating by tightly encapsulating a carbon fiber material on a surface of the rim body assembled with the rim assembly.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY WITH OPPOSED REMOVABLE BEAD LOCKS
A wheel assembly including a substantially cylindrical rim base with a varying thickness having first and second opposed annular edges, the rim base comprising first and second annular flanges formed on an outside surface of the rim base and respectively positioned at a distance set back from the first and second annular edges, each of the first and second annular flanges forming a first and second annular seat; first and second lock rings being substantially flat having a contact surface and an exterior surface, the contact surface of each lock ring configured to abut the respective annular edge; and a locking mechanism configured to removably secure the first and second lock rings to the first and second annular edges.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY WITH ALIGNMENT PINS
A wheel assembly may comprise an inboard wheel half and an outboard wheel half. The inboard wheel half may include a flange. The flange may define a first alignment pin opening. The outboard wheel half may define a second alignment pin opening. An alignment pin may be located in the first alignment pin opening and the second alignment pin opening.
Aircraft wheel assembly
An aircraft wheel assembly that includes first and second hub components having an axis and respective first and second sets of circumferentially spaced apart interface elements. The first and second hub components may be rotatable relative to one another about the axis between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the first set of interface elements is axially movable relative to the second set of interface elements. In the second position the first set of interface elements axially overlaps the second set of interface elements to prevent axial movement of the first hub component relative to the second hub component.
Thread-together wheel rim
A wheel rim for a vehicle including a first rim portion including a first wheel flange, a second rim portion threadedly connected to the first rim portion, and a second wheel flange held on the first rim portion.
Wheel and tire assembly
A wheel assembly includes a rigid wheel and an airless flexible tire with certain performance characteristics of a pneumatic tire. The rigid wheel includes a central portion and a plurality of circumferentially spaced mounting elements removably attached to a radially outer margin of the central portion. The tire is mounted on the wheel and engages the mounting elements such that portions of the tire not engaging the mounting elements are separated radially from the wheel by a space. The tire is configured such that portions of the tire not engaging the mounting elements flex inwardly toward the wheel when subject to ground engaging pressure, thereby minimizing ground penetration and soil disruption. The tire may include one or more tension elements embedded in the tire to increase the tire's strength and resilience.

Reusable rim for non-pneumatic tires
A rim assembly for a non-pneumatic tire has at least two rim components including: a first rim component having a first rim flange and a first lip, and a second rim component having a second rim flange and a second lip. The rim assembly further includes a plurality of lateral rim component support structures configured to extend through a plurality of openings of a tire support structure. The rim assembly also includes a first plurality of fasteners securing the plurality of lateral rim component support structures to the first rim flange, and a second plurality of fasteners securing the plurality of lateral rim component support structures to the second rim flange.
Method for making a carbon fiber wheel rim
A method for making a carbon fiber wheel rim includes: preparing an outer supporting piece; winding a carbon-fiber yarn around the outer supporting piece to form carbon fiber layers and to constitute an engaging seat preform; connecting an inner supporting piece to the engaging seat preform; connecting a reinforcement piece to the inner supporting piece; winding a carbon-fiber yarn around an assembly of the engaging seat preform, the inner supporting piece and the reinforcement piece to form carbon fiber layers; fixing the assembly with the carbon fiber layers to form an outer frame preform; and cutting the outer frame preform and the engaging seat preform to form a trench and removing the outer supporting piece therefrom.
